24 hours prior arrival i received a message from Cloud Chaser.
We would like to kindlv inform vou that we are pleased to upgrade vour stay to one of our 4-star hotels with better facilities and a more convenient location in the center of Sapa with adress 001 Thủ Dầu 1, Canvas Sapa Lengend.
Due to an unexpected technical issue with your current room, we would like to arrange this upgrade for your comfort and convenience. Please rest assured that the new hotel offers higher standards and better services.
When we arrive at Canvas Sapa Legend the room we were given didn't even have a bath and it was not a Suite or a Deluxe room. It was standard. Didn't have a outdoor pool either. Whist the staff were nice it felt like it was a downgrade than a upgrade.
