The hotel is centrally located, the roof top pool is amazing and the beds very comfortable.
The service around the pool is terrible and you have to search for and approach a staff member to get anything. The menu uses smart phone scan code only, so you must have your phone in the pool area.
I have been going to Bali for 30 years, and I have never smelt a hotel with a sewerage problem like the Cross Paasha. In the bedroom, the lift, the foyer, everywhere. I noticed reviews from 2017 advising the same problem, so please do some research before booking. The smell in my room 316 was overbearing and gave me a sore throat, I asked to move rooms daily, however it appeared to difficult for the reception staff. Sadly, very disappointed with this hotel.
