Staff were quite rude and ignored me, it took two days to do three pairs of clothes for cleaning,we complained at the desk and the man did not care simply ignoring us,we asked him again and then he replied saying that we had a outstanding bill for buffet food which was not be try nice, the woman who checked us in and out kept on demanding for a good review,breakfast was okay, the room was not cleaned for two days even though I explicitly asked the housekeeping man and desk to clean the room,the spa was okay with a nice pool but we had to wait two days to be able to use the steam room, the man in the spa had told us to book it so we tried to book it later on the same day but we were told to book it the next morning, we booked next morning at 11 am but they told us it was women only at this time.

Staff was very help full, restroom and beds , needs to upgrade , very low standard the price was charged,we stayed in saudia , at Marriott Makkah , Shaza at madina and we were expecting five star , because this hotel was build long time ago but rooms need up grade, next door room can hear all notices late nite disturbing rest and sleep, but any way our family enjoyed breakfast and enjoyed stay and we will come again Insha Alah. PS Front desk staff were outstanding ,raja Z (U S A)

V nice hotel but definitely not five stars. The staff at the desk can be trained better. Also, I was couple of hours early from the checkin and yet they insisted on charging me half day. Also for checkout I had to stay few hours extra and yet they charged me full day - not a big deal for me but shows that the focus was more on charging you as much without thinking of extending small gestures and btw I separates a whole week

Stayed at Pearl Continental Rawalpindi for around one week. Location: Excellent location right in the heart of Saddar. The entrance feels regal, surrounded by greenery, and the pool area is relaxing—especially at night with the light breeze. Staff: Overall, the staff were exceptional throughout my stay. I did encounter one unpleasant/rude interaction with a front‑line employee right upon my arrival which I reported to management. I want to highlight Habiba and Fasih, who were consistently helpful, professional, and hospitable from start to finish. Their service genuinely elevated my experience. Food: The restaurants were fantastic. Marco Polo offered a great variety of breakfast options, and the tikkas at Bukhara were outstanding—credit to the talented cooks there. Rooms: The bedsheets were clean, but the bathrooms—especially the toilet—could use more thorough cleaning. The rooms are also beginning to show their age: some shower doors didn’t close properly, and a few fixtures showed rust. For the prices charged, I expected better upkeep. On the positive side, the rooms are very spacious, hot water was always available, and the backup power/UPS ensured a smooth stay. Overall: Thanks to Habiba and Fasih’s excellent service and the fantastic dining options, this hotel remains one of my favorite stays in Pakistan. I will definitely return the next time I’m in the area.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Food was great. Just on snag at the breakfast was the indifference of the supporting staff. Getting regular tea bags became such a big problem. One minor issue was the bathroom door lock. You could not lock it and if you did you couldn’t unlock it. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I recommend this hotel strongly.

The Pearl Continental is always a must go hotel when I am in the Rawalpindi Islamabad area. I find it a very luxurious hotel, and prefer it to many of the other pricier hotels in Islamabad. I guess they just know about luxury, through their pedigree.
