Good location, unpleasant stuff

Quite nice hotel in the center of the city. However the room we got had very little to do with the romos of the photos. It was much smaller and the view was to the parking. The breakfast was quite regular. And of course I cannot miss the most unpleasant receptionalist I have ever seen, not helpfull at all, not even willing to answer.

Recomendable

The location is great as the hotel is in the center of town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I wish I could have stayed there longer than one night. 😀

Great location. Charming hotel with friendly staff. Rooms should have more than one pillow per person.

Property itself is good. Staff is nice but doesn’t seems knowing too much English. (We had a hard time to understand when and where to have breakfast but eventually figured it out:-)

Great place to overnight before air travel from Munich. Fun town, restaurants, and stores.

Nice Stay In A Bavarian City

I enjoy staying in Freising whenever I have an overnight layover in Munich. This hotel, in the center of the village, affords me an old-world Bavarian city experience 15 minutes from the airport. The staff takes very good care of their guests, and the facilities are very comfortable. The Christmas lights in the village were beautiful.

Hotel is great. Great location, great breakfast and very nice staff. It is located 20 from the airport but it is nothing like airport hotel. This is our second stay and we will be back.

We have stayed at the Bayerischer Hof several times the night before departing Germany. It has never disappointed us. It is a town hotel -- right on the main drag, surrounded by shops in a pedestrian-friendly area. So, in that sense, it is traditional. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. Until quite recently, the Hof had a fine restaurant. They are now searching for a chef and I hope that they get this straightened out soon. Meanwhile the staff made reservations for us at a good restaurant nearby. Its a very fine place.
