Absolutely beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, so helpful and friendly. The room was perfect, so comfortable. The pool and restaurant is also beautiful and breakfast was incredible. We couldn’t recommend this hotel enough, so impressed and we will definitely be coming back. We couldn’t have asked for anything more, we loved it, it was heaven

Très bon hôtel, propre . L’hôtel donne sur une vue incroyable. Le personnel est très accueillant, très gentil . Un grand merci à Sabina, qui a été très serviable et à l’écoute. Cependant, il faut une voiture pour accéder au Centre de Dures car l’hôtel est un peu éloigné.

Ett fantastiskt hotell utöver det vanliga. Familjeägt hotell med otroligt bra känsla för bästa service för att alla gäster ska få en fantastisk upplevelse. All personal var mycket serviceinriktade och trevliga. Bruna och Sabina är helt outstanding på att ge bästa kundservice. God mat, och mycket trevligt ställe en bit i från havet. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel. Un personnel très accueillant et au petit soin. L'hôtel vient d'être construit, il est propre, dispose d'un magnifique SPA et les soins proposés sont excellents et à des prix abordables. Les repas et le petit déjeuner est aussi excellent. La piscine est vraiment magnifique et un très beau cadre si vous recherchez surtout le calme. Merci encore à toutes les equipes de l'hôtel pour leur acceuil, leur gentillesse et pour ce magnifique séjour.

Wow wow wow. You won’t be disappointed if you stay at the Orion Palace hotel. We have just returned after a 7 night stay. The staff are incredible, nothing is too much trouble. The chef is superb - portions are large and most items are locally sourced. The rooms are spacious, new and clean. The standards are very high and the staff are very passionate about their boutique hotel. The hotel is in a remote location but the beach is walkable approximately 30 minutes or 10 minutes by taxi. Pricing is very good in the hotel and outside. I don’t think you will disappointed if you visit this amazing hotel.

Let me start by one by one. Location- Difficult to get there unless you have a car. Also is on top of a mountain. Hotel- Nice and clean and good view (because it’s on top of a slop) Amenities- I received a complimentary spa massage because I booked a VIP room but I couldn’t use it because most of the slots were booked and I had activities to do as well. Breakfast- is a bit confusing not going to lie, they gave me paper and asked me to tick for the food I would like to have but again didn’t know if they going to my room or should I be coming down for the breakfast. So I missed my breakfast day1 and then day2 I decided to go down to the kitchen area and they said I can have it there. There are literally no stores near by, but reception people are helpful and would find you cabs and help you around the area. So yes it was a bit confusing. But as coming with stay it was pretty good.

I visited with my mother and sister, and from the very beginning, we felt incredibly welcome. The entire staff was kind, professional, and made us feel like part of the family. A special thank you to Sabina and the whole team for always being there whenever we needed anything. Everything was very clean and well maintained, the rooms, pool, restaurant, and the entire hotel. We also enjoyed a relaxing massage with Mara, which we can definitely recommend. The food was excellent, and the peaceful atmosphere with relaxing music made our stay even more enjoyable. If you are looking for a quiet and beautiful place away from the busy city center of Durrës, Orion Palace is a perfect choice. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We would definitely come back! 🙏❤️

A calm, beautiful hotel away from the busy beach resorts and city life. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it felt like we had the place all to ourselves. That’s exactly what you want, right? The staff are incredibly helpful, always making sure everything is perfect, but in such a natural and unobtrusive way. The rooms are amazing. We probably spent a little too much time in ours (especially considering it was supposed to be a sun-and-pool vacation, haha!). The bathroom products are also lovely and have a heavenly mandarin and saffron scent. The hotel is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. Book your stay, relax, and don’t miss the massage—Mara is incredibly skilled! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. We won’t hesitate to come back, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. It was exactly what we needed. ❤️

Fint hotell med fina vyer över landsbygden. Ca 15 min med bil in till Durres. Gratis parkering finns utanför boendet. Stället har fem stjärnor men en del kvar att önska för att uppnå det i vårt tycke. Hotellet ska vara relativt nyöppnat men ändå är en del skavt här och var på väggarna. Rummen är fina men med billigare inredning. Ex var handdukshängaren i vårt rum trasig och duschen läckte ut vatten i halva badrummet. Frukosten var a la carte men ingen info om vad som ingick och det fanns ingen meny på borden. Bra med poolen och solstolarna. Fanns en hotellbar och restaurang men det gick inte att köpa fika under eftermiddagen då köket stängde efter lunchen. Fanns ingen glass eller annat heller att köpa till barnen. Med enkla medel skulle hotellet kunna nå upp till 5* men just nu känns det lite 5* wannabe.

Hotel molto lontano dalla città, per arrivarci c’è solo una strada di campagna piena di buche. Il personale era assente al check in: li abbiamo cercati noi nella struttura dopo 10 min di inutile attesa. Il check out anche peggio: alla reception ci hanno visto arrivare e sono andati via. Abbiamo dovuto di nuovo cercarli. La stanza era pulita, così come la struttura. Non siamo amanti della vasca in camera, ma il problema grosso era il bagno collegato con la doccia e con l’acqua che defluiva nella camera. Manca uno specchio a figura intera nella stanza e sono male insonorizzate (c’era una festa e abbiamo avuto rumore e musica fino alle 2 di notte. La colazione da dimenticare non degna di un hotel a 4 stelle.

Fantastisk plass😀 ligg litt unna sentrum men for oss med barn var dette veldig fint og føltes trygt. Hotellet har en valp og flere kattunger som var rene himmelen for våre barn. Personalet var fantastisk😀 PS det er en grå løshund som holder til ved hotellet som er super snill og kosete. Å kjempe sulten stakkar😅 vi ble også kjempe gla i denne❤️
