Beautiful location and walkable to downtown Saugatuck. The water pressure was AMAZING and the beds were very comfortable. The robes in the rooms were a very nice touch. 10/10 would stay here next time we visit. Oh, and breakfast was DELICIOUS!

This was such a lovely stop for us. Nadia, the innkeeper, was so friendly and helpful. Our room was cozy, clean, and so comfortable. Much detail has been taken care here. I especially enjoyed the soft robe! And then there was the wonderful breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming, historic and cozy B&B with an amazing staff! Close enough to enjoy a walk to downtown, yet quiet enough location to enjoy a relaxing end of the evening at the outdoor patio and fireplace. Can’t wait to visit again!

This bed-and-breakfast is the gem of Saugatuck!!!! Attention to detail is the strong suit here and the breakfast alone is worth the trip! The owner and her staff are like staying with family. I couldn’t recommend this wonderful bed-and-breakfast more.

Nadia is probably the nicest B&B owner you will ever meet—and she makes a delicious breakfast every morning. The house is beautiful and full of charm, and is close enough to town to easily walk. Stay here. You won’t regret it!

This was my first traditional bed and breakfast experience and it left an amazing impression. My spouse and I took a trip to Saugatuck Michigan during 4th of July weekend and had an absolutely wonderful time at this bed and breakfast. The staff was friendly and the owner Nadia was extremely hands-on and helpful. She gave us great local recommendations which we happily explored. We had such a wonderful time that we're already planning our next trip back.

Had a very nice stay for 1 night with my wife. We mostly were there just for a place to sleep but ended up finding a place we plan to come back to in the future for a prolonged stay as it was very comfortable and we were treated with amazing hospitality. The room we had made us feel like we were at home, the staff took care of our needs very quickly and kept in touch with us, and the breakfast was amazing!

6/10 Bueno

The place was nice but I felt it was overpriced for what it was. I was expecting a more gourmet breakfast at that price. House is super old and creaky so you hear everything through the rooms. Staff was nice and friendly. Parking was very tight though . Not much room to get in and out up against the landscape.

Only stayed one night but was a great experience. Very cute property, clean and retaining some historical aspects. Outdoor area with the lights and the screened in porch were great. Nadia was organized and friendly, and runs a great place. Good location, a short walk from downtown (10-15 min) if you don't want to utilize the economical transportation available in Saugatuck.

Nadia, the innkeeper, was amazing. Her breakfasts were incredible - homemade quiche that was different each day or eggs any way you like them, homemade baked goods, yogurt with toppings, and fresh fruit. She had wonderful suggestions for things to do and places to eat. The rooms themselves were quite nice. The property is an easy 10 minutes walk to downtown. We will be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Park House Inn. It is an old inn with a lot of charm and character. Within walking distance to town. The breakfast was the best!!! Homemade quiche and Sicilian orange almond cake. All items were fresh and delicious. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. Nadia is a very caring and attentive host. We’ll be back.
