8 out of 10 is my rate. The hotel was clean. Staffs were respectful and professional. Special thanks go to Mr. Shamar at the reception. Breakfast was good, consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage, orange/apple juice, toast, etc. Parking space was plentiful. There are many dining-in restaurants nearby, including Taco Bell, Wendy's, and an Italian restaurant that serves great Italian food (right next to Wendy's across the street). We ate Calzone from the restaurant. Food is fresh. There is a Food Lion Supermarket nearby or within walking distance. Most importantly, the neighborhood felt safe.

We made reservations online. We arrived around 9 pm. There was no one at the front desk. There was an event going on. My husband asked the bartender if anyone could help us. He checked us in. He was extremely nice. We got to our room. It smelled damp. It was the type of place you didn’t want to take your shoes off in. My daughter used her travel blanket and didn’t want to get under the covers. It didn’t look at appealing as the website. Breakfast was decent. I guess you get what you pay for. It was okay for one night. I would not stay there again. I certainly wouldn’t stay multiple nights.
