My air conditioner did not work. Checked in and was told room is on the backside. Spent 15 minutes trying to find the room ice machine nothing to even put ice in nothing pillows were the size of childrens pillows. Staff check is in and no communication at all. Room had a very musty smell.

there’s a lot of action here on the weekends. I wouldn’t exactly come here to sleep. It’s great for a lower end hotel though, but people do live here as well so there’s that as well.

My stay was okay at Red Roof Inn and the nice peaceful. However, no amenities was available such as clothes iron, coffee pot or kettle. The air conditioning was malfunctioning and wasn’t working properly.

There were a few problems.. No soap in the shower or at the sink. The walls were paper thin. We could hear the neighbors We were placed in the back next to a room with dogs. The location is isolated, no where to walk from there

When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price.

Check-in was simple (as I booked online). I stayed at this property due to a power outage at my home. There was no toilet tissue in the restroom (not even a toilet tissue holder). I always bring toilet tissue, so not an issue to me. The floors felt filmy and sticky. (Wearing socks or slippers took care of that issue.) The room I had faced US 1, so I occasionally heard trucks and their air brakes. For checkout, there was no one at the desk - you simply left your room key card. This could become a problem if someone else took the key card. WiFi was good.

Stayed 5 nights. Room was never serviced even after requesting. No way to connect the TV to WiFi. Washer was out of service my entire stay. All ice makers were nonfunctional. A/c was temperamental. Bed was comfortable and shower was strong.

I wish I was kidding but when we entered the room we noticed a large pile of items one of the two beds, the items included the shower curtain, all the towels, two rolls of toilet paper and two toilet paper holders. While there were containers for soaps in both the shower and the sink vanity none of them happen to have anything in them, nor were any bars of soap of any kind available in the room.

I stayed at the Red Roof Inn, Media, PA last night. A single woman, traveling alone and I was seeking a place where I felt safe and that was near my destination. The front desk agent said there were renovations happening ... I could not see that at all. Trash over flowing on multiple garbage cans, a broken refrigerator outside near a small smoking section with seating. Look - Red Roof Inns are NOT Marriott properties and I get it - but is this place even trying? No: extra pillows, blankets, towels, coffee maker, channel guide, or even plastic wrapped cups. Huge rust stain and peeling around the drain of the tub, a broken replacement ceiling panel over the shower, no Kleenex and no body wash in the shower dispensers. The only other soap is a dispenser near the bathroom sink and I would have had to step out of the shower .. so I used shampoo as body soap. The hair dryer had no power so I just gave up after 15minutes, I had to unplug the mini fridge at night as it was making loud humming that would have prevented sleep. Some of these room amenities aren't THAT hard to provide - that's a reflection of poor housekeeping supervision. The overflowing garbage barrels as you walk into the hotel; seriously?!? I feel like this property manager can do better. It's like they just gave up; guests should NOT have feedback like this. Where's Red Roof National and why aren't they setting standards? .. maybe leave hospitality ..
