This is a really bad hotel the pictures don’t show what you get for your money the rooms are really tiny with no windows or fresh air it’s a prison cell and smaller of damp we had to move straight away

Originally our booking made via Hotels.com had apparently not gone to the hotel so we were not on their system. Granted the lady I spoke to was helpful and said she would send an email come Monday whether she will actually do this or not I am just waiting to see. We were told they have been fully booked for weeks weren't sure how a room was even available on Hotels.com for us to book We were then quoted £220 for a "family room" which was definitely not the size of a family room but we had no choice as my partner had come all the way from Birmingham. I was on contact with Hotels.com and they were trying to get into contact with the people from the hotel but to no avail. The shower head broke off. The inside door panel where we put the passcode fell off and we could see batteries but managed to put it back. There is no fan available just 2 open windows at the top of the wall. The whole landing smelt of cannabis including the morning when we were leaving. Overall this was a very horrible experience.

The picture of the outside was not how it looked. The place was right beside one of the main roads with a lot of traffic. There was no elevator so it's not good to have a big luggage especially if you are going up many steps. Not easy to contact the host if you don't have their number since they don't really answer the message you send through hotels.com. It makes it difficult to find where the room is located and what code to use. If it wasn't for the cleaner, I would not have known where I was supposed to be and who to contact.

Originally our booking made via Hotels.com had apparently not gone to the hotel so we were not on their system. Granted the lady I spoke to was helpful and said she would send an email come Monday whether she will actually do this or not I am just waiting to see. We were told they have been fully booked for weeks weren't sure how a room was even available on Hotels.com for us to book We were then quoted an extremely extortionate amount (over double the original price) for a "family room" which was definitely not the size of a family room but we had no choice as my partner had come all the way from Birmingham. I was in contact with Hotels.com and they were trying to get into contact with the people from the hotel but to no avail. The shower head broke off. The inside door panel where we put the passcode fell off and we could see batteries but managed to put it back. There is no fan available just 2 open windows at the top of the wall. The whole landing smelt of cannabis including the morning when we were leaving. Overall this was a very horrible experience.

The inside door panel where we put the passcode fell off and we could see batteries but managed to put it back. There is no fan available just 2 open windows at the top of the wall. The whole landing smelt of the devil's lettuce including the morning when we were leaving. There was also an incessant periodic beeping keeping me awake. Overall this was a very horrible experience.
