Not worth the price, but as it was New Year's Eve there was literally no other hotels under $600/night available so we paid the $390 for a small room in Town House. The owner is very nice, welcoming, accommodating. She gave us recommendations of where to go, let us check out late, and was just lovely. The room was simple, clean but didn't have a furnished balcony as advertised. Wifi cut out a lot. The bathroom was shared between 3 rooms but everyone was out for NYE so it wasn't an issue. Shower looked a bit dingy so we didn't use it. There is a small kitchen which was a nice touch but, again, we didn't use it. Overall our stay was fine- we really wanted a place close to downtown and since we didn't plan ahead, it was the best we could do. The worst part about the stay was that the owner only takes cash- no credit card, no online payment. We had to find an ATM and find a card that would work with it. She was very apologetic and told us that she has been trying to get Hotels.com to update her profile to reflect her payment method.
In summary, great location, great host, over-priced (maybe it was just the holiday), and the listing needs updating to reflect the room amenities and payment method.
