Book this room for the price. It looks unimpressive at first glance. However it was the cleanest most impressive place i have stayed at on my 3 week vacation to montana and idaho. Built in 1958 on the main road at the time, before the interstate. Run by a couple who have been at it for 18 years. I highly recommend this motel. A diamond in the ruff!

Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and an empty aromatic dispenser was making noise every few minutes trying to dispense an odorizer that had run out prior to our arrival. Door had to be opened by turning handle up, as turning door did nothing. Staff was very friendly. Place has a pool table, but no pool or spa. Bathroom fixtures were old but functional and had a slight leak that would make noise.

The place is very cozy and the staff is friendly, the room is stayed in needs some work however. There was little to no water pressure, so the shower barely worked. The door lock was acting up and took forever just to get into the room.

The room needed updating. The bathroom did not have a functioning vent and became humid and damp after showering. The tub/shower was old and stained There were only two mismatched towels and washcloths (rags) in the bathroom which had stains There were few outlets and noticed that one had an extension cord that ran under the bed for use The beds were ok but the pillows were uncomfortable.

Do not stay at this hotel it was horrible!!!! The bathroom was not clean, the toilet had hair etc. on it and the toilet seat had blood who knows. The shower was moldy and several towels had stains on them. I ask for an extra pillow and was told that they did not have any extra pillows. I wouldn't have stayed but I didn't want to mess with the hassle of loosing money on the booking and finding something else. However several times that night I regretted my choice!

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean, very basic but just what we needed for the night. Shower was hot with good pressure. Towels were fluffy and soft. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I had a problem with was the glade fragrance was so overwhelming. The bedding and sheets also smelled like the fragrance. I am very sensitive to fragrance, so I considered sleeping in the car. Had the window and door open for a couple hours before I was able to go inside. I did have to sleep with a face mask.Other than that it was good. If they got rid of the fragrance I would consider staying again. Also it's right next to train tracks, but the train noise didn't bother me so much personally.
