Very clean and new. Uncomfortable bed but cleaner than any other hotel I’ve stayed in recently. Very quiet room too. Bring a mattress topper and this stay would be great. The bed has a plastic encasement on it making it very uncomfortable.

Hotel was nice and clean. Pillows and bed were alright but that’s just me, I’m fond of my pillow. No breakfast, did have coffee. No liquid soaps, bring your own. Front desk doesn’t open until 9am. The place is secure, key card needed at front door, interior door and your room. I would stay again, good price and convenient to shopping, restaurant and casino.

Great location and staff. Missed a blow dryer in my room. Limited towels and wash cloths. I asked for a couple more and they seemed surprised. We were there for 4 nights! They do not clean or take out trash or make beds. HOWEVER….there was a full size refrigerator, 2 burner stove & microwave! If you aren’t into bells and whistles and want comfort and affordability, this is your hotel! Told relatives who also stayed. Everyone was pleased and all will go back when we visit again.

Couple issues. 1st They ran out of towels the first night and had guest waiting till 11am to get towels we ended up having to go to the local Walmart to get towels . Also any hotel suite that I have stayed in had some dishes, pots something to cook had to also buy those things at Walmart as well. The staff wasn’t even there to check out the gate was down almost our whole stay! Hotel was clean but I would probably never stay there again! If you do stay there dnt expect anything but a had squeaky bed and endless amounts of spiders!!!

We booked a room well in advance knowing rooms would be limited during the NFL draft. We show up to check in and no reservation!!! We were asked when we made the reservation, with who, why we made it so early....... we weren't the only ones, there were several of us with no reservations! Same questions. They did send us to a sister hotel with limited space, not as nice. Hotels.com was helpful with booking another room at another location with the price range we wanted. Not a fan of WOOD SPRING SUITES!!!
