Positivo: buen diseño, bien ubicado y el personal muy bien dispuesto. Negativo: espacio ultra mínimo, sin lugar para guardar pertenencias. Sólo cambian las toallas diariamente. Poca calidad del suministro de shampoo y jabon. No hacen la cama ni limpian el baño y durante la estadía. Recomendable sólo para 24 o 48hs.

Convenient hotel situated on the doorstep of Hyde Park close to local Bus services in central London and also tube stations however the room is very compact there’s not much storage in the room and the bathroom is very small. Check out time is 10am not 11am as advertised.

This was a great stay. The location was close to everything including Oxford St., Piccadilly Circus, Soho. The bus stop to the public transport buses just right outside the building, and the Marbel Arch train station is 5 mins walk away. The staff was helpful, room was clean, the air conditioning was super cold.

We loved the powerful air conditioning, it kept the room nice and cool, which was especially appreciated. The accommodation was perfect for two people, and the location was excellent, with everything within easy walking distance. Our only minor complaint was that the bathroom wasn’t very soundproof, so you could hear other guests flushing the toilet.

Great location, and very helpful staff member on reception. Air Con works really well and as it was only a 1 night stay for me, it didn't matter that there is no window in the room. They stored my luggage before check in for a small charge Great value, would recommend and I would stay there again

Was expecting a compact room but this was an actual box. Literally no where to put anything. Was expecting at least a coat hook. No access to a hairdryer with extra payment. The most dry and awful air conditioning with no control. Mouldy shower. Noise from other rooms toilets flushing was like a Jet flying over. So confined - just no.

Bin was still full from last guest and toilet as ‘dirty’ - not cleaned either from last guest Knew the style of hotel and keen to try. Very dusty and the standard of cleaning is not up to scratch at all Very soulless place Zero amenities, no kettle, water, hairdryer, cupboards - simply sleep, shower and leave

The room was clean but the cleaner forgot to put in towels, a fact which I only realised after I was ready for bed, so I had to get dressed and go out to get some. The amenities are very poor, no TV, 1 coat hanger to hang on a flimsy hook, no glass for tap water, let alone any hairdryer, kettle etc. My room was opposite an internal building site and smelled like dust/ concrete. None of the plugs in my room worked so it was like a sensory deprivation room with no tv and no ability to charge my dead phone. I was eventually offered a replacement room at 10:35pm, after originally being told there wasn’t one available, but I couldn’t be bothered to pack up my bag and get dressed that late. The only real positive of the hotel was that the staff member, Mayur, was helpful and friendly.

If you’ve stayed in a Zedwell you know what you will be getting. The room was perfectly clean and quiet however the stairwells were unfinished and there are no amenities or windows. That said for the price on Park Lane how can anyone complain…

No irons and wanted to charge £15 for storage of luggage for 2 hours on check out. Couldn’t turn the temperature down. Ok for 1 night but the small things really let it down.
