Clean room, bathroom floor could be a little bit cleaner, A/C was great and quiet. Breakfast didn't have eggs available, but it was OK. I would definitely use the hotel again for a quick stay!

Stayed one day never heard back for the other day that I paid for need refund for the one day that I didn’t stay was an emergency lights were off for 60,000 people and they turned on their lights next day so we didn’t stay that extra day never got a word back from them.

The stay was horrible the elevator did not work. The parking lot was overcrowded so they wanted us to park across the street in a dirt field in the middle of the night. The train runs through there and wakes up the whole entire room. The ACs are allowed it was just awful. The room was unclaimed and not wiped down and you could clearly tell and see handprints and fingerprints everywhere. That bathroom sink was nasty.

No elevator was working at the facility, there are no Premium TV channels nor any sort of TV. You had to use apps to be able to view anything on the TV. No ice machine working at the entire hotel. Would not recommend this hotel.

Air conditioning needed some work. Guess it had to do with the humidity. There were spots on the hall with black mold and peeiing paint. These spots were BIg! Pool(which was the reason why I chose this place) was green and full of trash. When I asked about the pool hours the front desk said “oh you probably don’t want to swim. It’s a little green”. She wasn’t lying. Wasn’t worth the money. But the beds were comfy.

The elevator was out of service and I was on the 3rd floor. The bathroom door would not stay shut.. we had to use a chair to help keep it shut. The bathroom floor was dirty. And had trouble using the television. The only good thing I could say about this last minute booking for a night was the bed was comfortable or maybe I was just exhausted from the concert. I will not be staying here again.

Dear Hotels.com Customer Support, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent hotel reservation made through Hotels.com and to request a full refund due to the extremely disappointing conditions we experienced during our stay. I was traveling with my young children, and after a long journey, we chose this hotel expecting a safe, clean, and comfortable place where our family could rest. Unfortunately, our experience was completely unacceptable. There was excessive noise throughout the night, which prevented my family and me from getting the rest we needed. My children were unable to sleep properly, and finding a cockroach in the bathroom caused additional fear and discomfort. To make matters worse, we have now discovered a stain on the floor that appears to be feces, raising further concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the room. The towels also had a very unusual and unpleasant smell, and the lunch provided was unsatisfactory. I have photos and video evidence documenting the cockroach and can provide additional evidence of the cleanliness issues upon request. As a parent, I am extremely disappointed that a hotel where we expected to find a clean and safe environment for our children has caused us so much discomfort and concern. We paid for accommodation where we could rest after a long trip, but instead, we experienced excessive noise and multiple issues that raised serious concerns about the property's cleanliness.

Our original property was under renovation so we got transferred to a property 11 miles away. Mmm kinda ghetto when we checked in was given a key to an occupied room, was attacked by a dog when we entered. The continental breakfast was limited as they didnt have much. The bathroom was dirty, curtains where falling, mold on bathroom ceiling.

Overall the stay was pretty good. Room was clean and looked just like the pictures. Beds were comfortable, water pressure was great, tv didn't have the most channels but it had enough. Wifi was really slow. Good thing we had good enough service on our phone plan in the area so we didn't really need to worry about that too much. A/c worked great. Staff was good. Only thing was the elevator didn't work, so having a room on the 3rd floor and having to walk several times up and down can get tiring. I wish I was informed of this before making my reservation. And there's a $40 deposit that you have to pay on top of the stay. It's refundable as long as nothing is broken which is understandable but was kind of a surprise since I don't really stay at hotels much. Breakfast was good also. Pool is a little small but it's still a decent one. Overall 9/10.
