The room was great. Needs an uplift. Just staff not to helpful when looking at restaurant suggestions as most were booked. Also d8d not explain how go get to see the Matterhorn by train. Very lucky we found a bell boy of the Rifflealp hotel at the station that explained everything. When its tge first time people go to Zermatt , you should offer more info.

Wonderful customer service, so clean and comfortable. Stayed here after 10 days on the Haute Route and it was a magical ending to my incredible time in Switzerland. Very appreciative of the last minute soak in the jacuzzi in the evening too! Would highly recommend!

Our room was beautifully appointed, the staff was so efficient and very helpful with our travel needs. The hotel is further away from town than most but we like the quiet and taking the lovely walk into town was nice and we found many lovely bakeries along the way.
