Sehr nette Leut an der Rezeption, Grosses Zimmer mit Wohnraum, den ich gar nicht gebraucht hätte. Restaurant auch gut und vielseitig, Frühstücksbuffet so o-la-la. Ziemlich laut, da Zimmer gegen Strasse.

Great place

I have stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, during Untold. The rooms were cery clean, you have room service and a restaurant with good food. The hotel is well placed and the staff cery helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel next year and I recommend it!

This is definitely not a 4* hotel. It was one of the worst staying in a hotel ever and not cheap at all... it was terribly hot, no air conditioning, old room, it was like sauna. I almost burned myself in the shower, defect toilet installation, other tourists were complaining at the reception as well. Though the furniture is old, the room was clean. Curtains were not preventing for heat and sun and it was a nightmare in the morning because of the powerful sun. We could not rest at all and we were very nervous because of the heat. It was very noisy because it was very near to street and traffic. I will not come back.

Some funny adventures

Hotel looks nice and modernized. There is friendly staff at the reception and nice atmosphere. Room spacious with nice bed. Some maintenance problems with the bathroom. Requires plummer. Hot water was not available in the morning which was not a big problem, rather fun, but I understand this was not a standard for this type of a hotel.

Nice rooms, bathrooms wit jacuzzi, nice and frendly staff, but I did not find any towels fro the bathroom. Bathrobes, yes, but absolutely no towels

Loved the elevator as we had large heavy luggage. The room was a good size and comfortable. Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection was excellent.

OK Hotel

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir zunächst ignoriert. Als wir dann endlich einchecken wollten, haben wir erwähnt, dass wir eine Suite gebucht haben. Die Antwort darauf war "WHAT?!". Wir sehen sehr jung aus und wurden wahrscheinlich (zumindest hatten wir den Eindruck) nicht ernst genommen. Als wir dann gesagt haben, wir haben bereits reserviert und wollen keine neue Buchung, erfolgte wieder ein WHAT. Ein sehr irritierender check-in. Erst als wir die Buchungspapiere gezeigt haben, verstand der Service, dass wir Gäste einer Suite sind, ist er erst freundlich geworden... soviel zum Personal. Das Zimmer hatte nicht den Standard einer Vier-Sterne Suite. Das Bad hat gestunken, die Einrichtung war unpersönlich, dunkel und altmodisch, allein das Schlafzimmer war schön und angenehm.

Fint Rummeligt hotel

Fint hotel med dejlige store rum, eneste minus var at vi bookede til tre personer og seng nummer tre skulle vi selv ordne med sengetøj og alt. Udover det var det en lampe til at oplyse hotelet lige uden for vores vinduet der lyste værelset op når man skulle sove. (Værelse 205)

Alles in Ordnung und Preis OK

das Hotel ist zentral und hatte Parkplaetze vor der Tuer. Das Personsl war freundlich und das ein und aus-checken unkomplziert.

Great City

Really nice smart hotel, located in a quiet street, about 10 minutes walk from the centre. Excellent breakfast. Our room had a large corner bath with optional bubbles effect. Reception staff were helpful and spoke good English. They supplied an excellent double sided map of the city with the centre in a large scale and a smaller scale including the suburbs on the opposite side. We went to see Carmen at the National Theatre whilst we were there. The cheapest seats only cost about £6---a real bargin. The main sights of the city are fairly close together, so it is esay to walk around.
