Used the hotel for the day to change before our flight. Very clean. Not so much character. Would be good for a basic hotel holiday. Generally french visitors.

Everything was perfect, great structure, surrounded by gardens with palms, facing south near Callao Salvaje. The apartment was very big with balcony, kitchen, two separate rooms and two bathrooms. We appreciated the restaurant in the evening with excellent food. We didn't have time to use the big swimming pool available.

Una experiencia excelente, el apartamento, impecable, amplio y muy cómodo. Me encwanto el detalle para mí mascota, con una camita, los platitos para la comida y el agua y hasta unas chuches de bienvenida!. Como un comentario de algo que podría mejorar sería más uso del idioma español, entiendo que el hotel es francés y la mayoría de los huéspedes son franceses pero no hay que olvidar que estamos en España. Llame en una oportunidad para la recepción para hacer una consulta y la persona que me atendió no me pudo ayudar porque solo hablaba francés.

Struttura di grosse dimensioni, che offre vari servizi, ottima la pulizia, appartamenti comodi e ben arredati. Unica pecca parlano quasi solo francese, e se non si ha l'auto diventa scomodo spostarsi. Nel complesso si sta bene.

hotel acceuillant personnel trés competent

hôtel accueillant avec accueil ouvert 24 h sur 24 h 7 jours sur 7, muni de plusieurs service inclus comme les serviettes de plage le changement des draps et ménage en cours de séjours sans supplément; maître nageur autours de la piscine, mini club. Hotel muni de divers commerce à l’intérieur de la structure comme restaurant, bar, boutique de souvenir et article de plage, boulangerie, coiffeur, mini market et lieux pour réserver les excursions; magnifique, les chambres sont grandes et bien entretenu il y a tout les appareil électrique

Résidence très correcte

Appartement bien aménagé, belle terrasse, belles salles de bain. Juste le lit un peu dur. Belle piscine. Très bon mini club pour les enfants avec activités variées. Seul inconvénient: situé un peu loin de tout, il faut absolument une voiture.

Urlaub mit Macken

Es ging schon damit los daß wir ein Zimmer Blickrichtung Berge(Sonne ab 16 Uhr) zugewiesen bekamen.(Kommentar:Hotels.com bekommt nur solche Zimmer)Die Appartements sind neu renoviert,aber der Gang ist sowas von versifft dass man auf keinen Fall ohne Schuhe laufen sollte.Ansonsten nur französische Gäste und Sprache(geht garnicht). Und jetzt kommt's Unsere Kreditkarten Nr. wurde offensichtlich weitergegeben.Es wurden in Polen 3680.- widerrechtlich abgebucht!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wir haben die Kreditkarte nur dieses eine Mal im Hotel benutzt.

Résidence d'appartements. En bord de mer.

10 jours au Marazul, en bord de mer mais pas de plage, ce sont des rochers. Le club étant isolé il est préférable de louer une voiture. Les apparts sont très bien equipés, plaques hallogènes, lave vaisselles, frigo avec petit congelateur, four combine micro onde. Pour notre appart 4 personnes, était parfait, chambre avec lit double et salle de bain (douche italienne, wc, lavabo), cuisine équipée, salon ( avec deux divans lit confortables) salle à manger. Deuxième salle de bain ( WC, double lavabo, douche italienne double) Le personnel parle plusieurs langue. Deux piscines dont une d'eau de mer. Un restaurant, un snack, un salon de coiffure, un petite boutique, un centre de massage, possibilité de louer des voitures, agence pour organiser les excursions, une boulangerie. Un petit super market (pour des choses basiques). Des animations en soirée au restaurant et au snack. Film récent proposé le soir ( diiférents chaque jour) Aqua gym, eveil musculaire, tir à l'arc, tir à la carabine, pétanque, sont organisés tout les jours. Lors de notre séjour, la résidence était occupée par une majorité de personnes francophones, retraitées pour la plupart et qui résident là plusieurs mois par an.

Buon complesso

Il complesso si trova in una buona posizione tra Arona e Los Gigantes. Tutto è quindi a portata di mano. La nostra casa era pulita e gradevole, tutto ristrutturato. All'interno qualche negozio, bar e ristoranti. La comunità è francese, tant'è che è la prima lingua parlata. Scordatevi l inglese qua dentro! Il tutto popolato da persone anziane! A noi è interessato poco perchè eravamo sempre fuori. L'appartamento era di 75m2 e per noi era il top!

séjour avec des amis à l'hôtel club Marazul :très bon séjour, l'hôtel est vraiment très bien, confortable, moderne , belle piscine, restaurant sympa, bar dans le hall avec animation( dommage qu'il ne puisse pas mettre de table dehors sur la terrasse !!!))supérette, deux magasins, coiffeur... Le seul point un peu moins bien : hôtel isolé de tout , il faut avoir une voiture... et remarque :hors vacances scolaires,la fréquentation est agée

+++Tolle Aussicht (bei Buchung den Meerblick, sonst - Garten - dh Palmen). Strategische Lage für die Erkundung der Insel (mit Auto!), die außerhalb des hektischen Stadtlebens. Die Zimmer (und alle anderen Hotelräumen) sind sehr geräumig geben das Gefühl von Freiheit und riesiger Balkon mit ganze Wand Glastüren. Obwohl der Parkplatz für Hotelgäste außerhalb bewachten Gebiet einen direkten Zugang gibt es immer noch möglich, falls Sie etwas schwer. Ausstattung der Küche ist gut, Geschirr sind gerade genug, Küchengeschirr könnte besser sein. Eigene Bucht (kein Strand aber :-( ) mit schönem Garten und Aussicht und Meerwasserpool --- Räume für die Hotelbuchung sind nur auf der Nordseite bis zum 5. Stock zur Verfügung. Dies ist nicht in der Hotelbeschreibung! Nordseite wäre gut, im Sommer aber im Winter ist es irgendwie öde ohne Sonne ist. Südseite ist nicht verfügbar. Meerblick bedeutet Zimmer von 3d bis 5. Stock.

Удобства, уровень чистоты и обслуживание на очень хорошем уровне, конечно в коридоре видно старость коврового покрытия. Сейф бесплатный, Wi-Fi бесплатный, 2 бассейна к которым, к сожалению, с собакой пройти нельзя было. Отель совсем удален от цивилизации и без машины будет сложно. Но там же есть аренда авто, старенькие, но по ОЧЕНЬ хорошим ценам. Есть какая-то анимация, но больше для пенсионеров. В целом вид не как у отеля, а как у жилого дома, но с рецепцией. Пляжа, как такового нет. Есть спуск к океану, но скалистый.

Very French

This is a very big hotel situated at the northern end of Adeje coastline. The building is Y-shaped, with the base of the Y facing west. We were paying a bit extra for the sea view, and we were given a room facing north. Well, you can see a thin line of the sea 'between land and the sky', as in Fawlty Towers, but it is far from biend spectacular. The south-facing rooms should be much nicer, warmer and brighter. But that's the only downside. Te rooms are amazingly spaceous and clean, with big balcony where you can dine. There were two bathrooms, nice and clean, but only with shower, and lacking usual shampoos/shower gels. The kitchen is superb, containing everything you might need. The living room is very spaceous and comfy. There are no beach really, you may take a risk and have a swim from the cliffs (there is a ladder for the brave ones), but to get to some nice sandy beaches you will need a car. There is a free parking, but it gets very busy as it is limited. The reception was helpful, but the most of signs and communication notes are on French. Overall, it is a decent hotel for people with car who want to explore the island rather than stay on site.
