Magnifique!!!

Cet hôtel se trouve très bien, en face de la gare et aussi très proche au centre ville. Les employés de l'hôtel étaient très sympa et gentille. Notre chambre était agréable et propre, on avait la climaisation dans la chambre! En plein été c'était bien utile et apprécié!! Et même un petit frigo aussi. On a oublié quelque chose de très importante dans la chambre par erreur, et l'hôtel nous l'a envoyé quassimment toute de suite! Très très bien!!! Très bon après vente. Encore merci BEAUCOUP à tous à l'hôtel M!!! This hotel is very well located, it is right opposite the train station and also only a few minutes walk into the town centre. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was nice and clean, we had air conditioning in the room (very pleased as it was so hot outside!!!) And even a mini fridge. We left behind something very important in the hotel by mistake, so we got in contact with the hotel when we realised and they almost immediately posted this item to us. How helpful and efficient!!! Now that is customer service. Thank you again to the kind and helpful staff at the hotel M!!

Well located but too many flaws

Warm and friendly welcome from the staff. But too many problems spoil our stay. The bed was damp, uncomfortable and so old that it curved in the middle There was a lot of mold in the base of the shower. WiFi did not work No elevator to get on the third floor, That would be ok if the stairs weren’t so tiny with baskets full of laundry on our way on each floor. (All day long)

Close to Railway Station

Great location, however we were somewhat disappointed to find our Comfort room was smaller than our son's standard room. The shower was amazing and the bed comfortable. Nice touch to have free mini bar with water, juice etc. Was difficult getting our cases up spiral staircase to the third floor.

エクスペディアで予約していったにも関わらず、番号を見せても予約リストにないと言われ焦りました。 しかし、部屋があるので泊めてくれるというのでよかった。これはホテルMのマターなのかエクスペディアマターなのか？ スタッフはとても感じがよく親切でした。ホテルのwifiに接続できなかったのですがロビーでは繋がるように設定してくれたので助かりました。ロビーでスマホをしていたらコーヒーをサービスしてくれました。 朝食のスタッフも感じよかったです。

Buen hotel para una visita rápida a Toulouse y muy cercano a la estación de tren. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Hay que considerar que no tiene ascensor. Las habitaciones son buenas, pero el ruido de otras habitaciones o de los pasillos es altamente perceptible.

Bon séjour

Les différentes personnes qui gère l'hôtel sont vraiment très sympathiques et très serviables. La chambre que j'ai occupé était conforme à la description avec une bonne literie, une jolie déco, une douche au top et pour le plaisir un mini bar avec quelques boissons à disposition et offertes. Il manque peut-être un espace un peu plus aménagé pour ranger ses affaires lorsqu'on reste plusieurs jours et un porte serviettes dans la salle de bain. Le wifi fonctionne correctement et l'insonorisation externe est de bonne qualité car ma chambre donnait sur le boulevard qui est très passant. Un petit bémol avec le petit déjeuner qui est très bien avec des produits locaux mais il n'est servi qu'à partir de 7h00 et le boulanger n'est pas très fiable en terme d'heure de livraison, c'est vraiment un point à améliorer.

Tapisserie qui se décolle pas de peignoir pas de console.pas de chausson.necessaire de toilette :1 mini flacon de gel douche!!!nous avions pris le pack romantique avec petit déjeuner a volonté en chambre:on a été servit sur un malheureux plateau avec pas grand chose dessus.coussins tout petit et mous.serviettes de toilettes petites et encore humide du dernier lavage.bon je continue pas ma liste néanmoins prestations pas a la hauteur par rapport au prix payer (153 euros au total pour une chambre double)

Great, well priced, funky, small hotel with some of the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever met. The room was smallish but well organized. The hot and cold breakfast was good. The hotel is approximately 5 minutes walk to the train station and about 15 minutes walk to the Capitol. The area is a mixed bag with a number of food options nearby. Higher end restaurants and shopping is approximately 10 to 15 minutes walk toward the centre of town. Wifi was strong and reliable. There is no elevator but staff are very helpful with bags.

Hôtel tape à l'oeil !

A oublier ! Tape à l'oeil rien de plus - entre les photos sur internet et la réalité il y a: 3 étages à monter à pied, une vue de la fenêtre horrible, une cabine de douche fusée affreuse, un lavabo à côté du lit, un lyno dégueulasse pas cher avec des marques de brûlure de cigarettes, des peintures sur cadre porte avec débordements et traces de doigts intérieur sdb, un désodorisant d'odeur affreux qui vous rentre bien dans les narines, un petit plateau pour lire au lit avec une lumière dont la branche est cassée - et pour terminer on prend un petit déjeuner dans des fauteuils ou il est presque impossible de se tenir droit ou d'avoir un passage clair entre les tables - en l'absence de croissants on nous octroie généreusement du pain grillé et le droit de se servir de la confiture... Bref le personnel extrêmement attentionné ne peut compenser ce décalage entre les images du net et ce tape à l'oeil - dommage j'aurai du aller à l'ibis à 20 mètres...h
