Rigtig dejligt ophold. Værelset var rent, pænt og komfortabelt, og personalet var venligt og hjælpsomt. Morgenmaden var god med et fint udvalg, og faciliteterne var velholdte. Alt i alt en rigtig god oplevelse, og jeg vil gerne bo her igen.

Beautiful facilities including an amazing gym with a reformer pilates machines! A highlight was also the spa where I got a massage by Emma that was so attentive in the resort’s beautifully designed spa space. Thank you to Abdi as well from the Italian restaurant for fantastic service during my stay! Would recommend this resort to anyone wanting to disconnect for a couple of days

Hilton Langkawi is a beautiful hotel set in stunning surroundings, with well-maintained grounds that make for a relaxing stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well presented. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the property. Service throughout our stay was extremely slow, and the overall standard of customer care was disappointing. The staff appeared to need more training, as there was a lack of attentiveness and efficiency. With improvements to service and better staff training, this hotel has the potential to offer an outstanding guest experience to match its beautiful location.

Super new hotel set at the foot of mountainous rainforest which then backs up onto a private soft sandy beach. Isolated location with only another hotel and cable cars nearby. I walked to the langkawi cable cars (also has a few food shops and restaurants) and it took about 5mins. For everything else you will need a car/taxi. Chenang street (shopping/food) is 20 mins and costs us 20MR(£4) each way using Grab App. Location and hotel are beautiful. Hotel room, breakfast, diner and staff service were all better than we had expected. Please note, it randomly rains in langkawi. Hilton have plenty of umbrella's around the building but I would recommend packing a lightweight waterproof jacket... and yes I did carry on swimming in the rain, both in the sea and pool.

Bad experience with the Receptionist team. Especially the Duty Managers, they dont wear a smile at all even standing at the reception make me feel like i am not welcome. Well when I went front desk, only the guy receptionist and he was still helping another guest and so I waited about 20mins for check in which i am ok with it. After that, lady A came out but she say she can’t help me, have to wait for the guy. Then lady B came out, Not sure if lady b is duty manager or what but she came out and had a really black face, the guy who check in for me was very nice but when the guy receptionist was telling lady b about my booking, then lady B proceeded to really like whispering, using a paper to cover her mouth to reply to the guy… all while I was standing there. Next day, another lady C (assuming is als oa Duty Manager because she was instructing the rest of the team at the reception) also gave a super black face even when i was talking to another team member and she was just standing beside, looking, slight roll her eyes and literally a black face which you can tell. So I guess not poor service but not good guest experience? More training is needed. Never in my 20 years of travel, i have been treated like this. Concierge team is the best, always smiling, greeting and always asking if i need any help.
