We previously attempted to communicate directly with the property manager about our concerns, but didn’t receive any response. Below are the issues we experienced:
During check-in, issues with the front door lock and access code after traveling 14+ hours and it being 100+ degrees outside (poor communication);
Garbage left in guest bedroom dresser (McDonald’s cup with liquid);
All nightstands dusty and dirty;
Hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner bottles empty or nearly empty in guest bathroom;
Guest shower drain clogged in bathroom and drained very slowly;
AC vent rattled loudly in master bedroom, and every time it shut off through the night it sounded like a door slamming shut;
Old food left in freezer;
Several kitchen drawers had food crumbs in them and were dirty;
Pool dirty with debris and dead lizards;
Broken landscaping lights and other debris/trash in outdoor areas (front porch and around pool);
Foosball table broken and unusable;
No instructions regarding trash pick up found. Trash bin full upon arrival with little room for our trash;
3rd night - home lost power in master bed and bath. Took several hours to resolve. Communication was poor until a maintenance worker finally called. He was helpful.
We took care of the smaller items and worked around things, but wanted the property manager to know so these issues can be fixed for future guests. To date, no acknowledgment or response was received. Would not stay here again.
