Staff were very helpful and kind. Special thanks to Shannon and Jeannette for going the extra mile fir me! Greatly appreciate their kindness. Lovely restaurant and pub complete with beer garden below the rooms. This can get a bit noisy up to about 10 pm so do keep this in mind when building the king. This was my second time staying here and I woukd certainly book the Glendevon again.

We traveled from America and I cannot recommend enough. I was suspect of a hotel/Inn room with a pub on main floor (with a Saturday night live band mind you) and the noise level. I can tell you the rooms were so quiet. We hung out at the pub, at some WONDERFUL Indian food from the kitchen, and walked upstairs to bed. Didn’t hear any noise from below. And the breakfast in the morning was wonderful. Clean. Spacious. Quiet. Very very nice staff. Really great place. Any American golfers coming to play Gleneagles, I’m telling you to stay here. It’s awesome

Perfect location for visiting Gleneagles golf resort. Hotel staff genuinely friendly and very helpful. Lively public bar at weekends.

We had a lovely stay at the Glendevon. The room was clean and comfortable with an excellent shower room and tea and coffee facilities. The breakfast was delicious as was the evening meal we had in the bar restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive and we'd definitely stay here again.

Fine but noisy

Staff were very friendly Noisy at night from the bar and the music but especially at finishing time when they closed up (noise from the street) - ear plugs recommended

Great stay, great food & entertainment

I stayed in room 8 for one night, clean room very comfy large bed amazing shower (water pressure was superb). We stayed on a Thursday night and they had live music on for an hour & then karaoke in the bar & restaurant 👍. The food was excellent there was a large selection of Indian food & some traditional dishes ( I had the chicken schnitzel with sauted potatoes & broccoli…v good. I’d also like to mention Sydney the extremely hard working barmaid, she never stopped all night 👏👏👏

I liked the staff, the in-house food and drink. This is a working pub so it's noisy at night time when the staff are tidying up downstairs and constantly in and out the doors. 10.30pm until 24.00 was nosiy enough to keep me awake and stop me falling asleep.

Comfortable bed. Nice bed linen and towels and good bathroom. But access to the room was shabby and all carpets looked the worse for wear. Parking was limited and we had to leave our car on the road on Saturday night. Some staff were lovely others less so.

On arrival I said that I was with a group of 10 and we’d like to eat at about 8.30 or so and was told this would be no problem as the kitchen closed at 9. When we came back we were told the kitchen had closed early, which was annoying when I had specifically asked. The other thing which led me to score lower was the availability of breakfast, only from 7.30 - 8.30, which is too restrictive when you want to relax at a hotel, so I don’t know if the breakfast was nice or not as I didn’t make it down in time. The room was lovely and very comfy.

Room was lovely but tight stair to get upstairs and managed to fall with luggage when leaving.. carpet thread bare on stairs. Breakfast and breakfast staff member excellent. Main downfall for me was bedroom was above extremely noisy pub with loud music till midnight. I had gone to bed as shattered from driving but no chance of sleep.

Overnight stay.

Staff were very helpfull and friendly. Hotel it's self is a little tired and would benefit from an update in decor. Stained walls in bathboom. No mirror in bedroom. Carpets torn in places and dirty. On the bright sude the bedding was spotless.
