2/10 Mediocre

This place needs to be shut down, disgusting rooms, dirty, stains on the walls and floors, bedside tables were broken, closet were broken, the bed wasn’t even a real bed, a mattress on top of what if looked like boxes. The area was very uncomfortable too, loud and noisy and dirty.

Very good value, straight forward communication. Good location distance to the underground as described. I satisfied for last minute booking.

Clean room, much bigger than I expected. Good facilities. Only challenge was the tricky walk through various doors to try and find our room - very narrow corridors for myself and an 8 year old!

It was a very clean room and bathroom. Front of the hotel can be a bit noisy due to the main road. General areas could do with a refresh but on the whe it was good for the price

Immaculate room with amenities, friendly approachable staff, nice location, very quiet and peaceful stay, perfectly ideal for long distance commuters needing a local place to stay. Very happy, thank you.

Clean and functional room at a great price. Not much in the way of hotel amenities (no snacks, drinks, bar, restaurant etc.) but only a 20 minute walk into town.

The staff were all very lovely and friendly, the hotel was a little hard to find due to no signage outside and the furniture was a little tired and could do with modernisation like the wardrobes and desk but all fit for purpose! Lovely and warm and comfortable beds The rooms were clean too, I would recommend this hotel

TV had no picture but staff very prompt in responding and fixing. Very friendly staff. Prepared with safe place for me to store my cycle, as requested when booking. Comfy bed (although it slid on the floor when you got on or off which was a minor irritation). Great shower, very clean room. Some complimentary tea/coffee, could have done with a few more. All in all, a very nice example of a budget Hotel. Would use again if in the area.

I've stayed here a couple of times and it's a pretty good hotel, it's basic and could do with a couple of pictures to break up the white walls in the rooms. My room was clean and tidy, clean bedding and a decent size. Although it definitely needed maintenance to go in and give it a bit of a going over. Curtains needed re hanging and for some reason in the middle of a hot spell the bathroom heating was full blast... Reception was friendly. I would happily stay again when I'm working that way.

Clean and tidy, great welcome at reception, good service. Worth for your money only thing is that no hotel board so bit difficult to find the hotel in night

The parking was not as secure as I would like but the room was clean, welcoming which I liked, the staff were friendly, and there was hot water which is really important to me. I have stayed in a place where there was no hot water. So this meant a lot to have.
