We loved our stay at the Dellshire! The hotel is beautiful! Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and designed beautifully. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The swim up bar was fun, the pools were great. The main bar has a great menu of craft cocktails. Each evening we stopped at the shop for a gelato, delicious! We have only positive things to say about our stay and would definitely come back here again. We highly recommend it.

The hotel was amazing! However, it was not fully booked and they gave us a room with a view of the roof. But the room was great! The restaurant was expensive. We didn't visit the pool. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

They just opened so check in was difficult. The map for the property definitely needs to be revised. It shows you a colored coded numbered map to find the amenities then you have to scan a QR code for the hours but none of if it explains what the amenities are example: Arcade, Restaurant, Bar, Pool, Gift shop

The Dellshire is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and clean. The restraunts and bar served delicious food and drink. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I’m thinking the pool area isn’t complete with decorations or the same vibe as the hotel. The water park area is geared for younger kids, but I went with my adult daughter’s so was fine for us. The swim up bar has delicious drinks. My only other suggestion would be to have signs telling where everything is: pool, restraunt, game room etc, I know it just opened so I’m sure they are still setting things up. I will definitely be staying here when I visit the Dells.

The room was very nice and made it a very comfortable stay. Our issues were more with the staff being disorganized and all giving different information. We asked when the pool was open, and they told us to scan the QR code to find out. It said 9-8pm on Sundays. (The night we were there) Come to find out the pool is ACTUALLY open until 9. So that was incorrect and the front desk didn’t seem to mind it. The next morning we went at 9am when it opened only to find the doors locked. Frustrated, we called the front desk and they said it opened at 10. WRONG AGAIN. So we go upstairs and ask the front desk in person, and they say it opens at 9. At this point I don’t think anyone actually knows. But thankfully the worker led us down and unlocked the doors. It was just frustrating not having any correct information, and not being able to rely on the workers to know either.

The room was very clean. the pool was great not huge but we had room and didn’t feel like we couldn’t move. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a very nice place to stay. The only sad part was the dragon was not working so we weren’t able to see the dragon flame which would have been cool.

I can't answer any of the questions because immediately after checking in I went to get my luggage and tried stepping up the curb and falling backwards. I had a lot of guests stopping to ask if I was ok and one of them notified the front desk. The night manager came out and then a security guard came out. They both stayed until the ambulance came. This happened at 8:30pm were were in the ER at a Baraboo hospital until 3:30am and finally got in the hotel room around 4:30am. I could barely walk and needed to use a wheelchair to get to my room. I asked if I could use it for the 2 days of our stay and he reluctantly agreed to it after stating they had a lot of them. We were there for 2 days no one called to check to see how we were doing. Which I felt would be nice since I fell on your property and you do have my information because you filled out an accident report. I waited so long for you to open and I am so disappointed.

I feel the cleanest of the room was terrible. The cups were dusty! There was no conditioner & shampoo bottle were empty and had to be filled. When we asked for house cleaning the next day. The maid didn’t put No toilet paper in it! I literally had an empty roll in the bathroom and the pull out bed was never touched! The pool boys wouldn’t touch anyone towels and always just pointed over their & every time we went to the pool we had to ask the pool boy standing there for a towel. The front desk employees always super friendly and nice! Bartender at swim up bar & inside. Very customer service friendly! Great job guys!!! Didn’t like using my key card for the pool. That was ridiculous Thought the dragon outside in front should shot out fire!

Clean rooms, nice layout. Great location. Wish the pool was a little bigger and maybe had a water slide. Also small section with loungers, they were full most of the day. Overall great stay!

Positivr-new and still clean.Beyond that we would never stay here again. Staff to be helpful but BARELY speak English, we asked FOUR staff for Kleenex, they didn’t understand. Ask for a kCup was sent to buy coffee in lobby.They charged us twice for taxes and fees.When I tried to explain I was told “you don’t need to speak smart” and stomped away from desk Manager couldn’t fix either. The “adult pool” was the biggest disappointment! There is no adult pool. There is a SMALL SECTION INDOORS where you can wade through some water to a bar and sit on water stools. It’s not swim up. It’s more walk 2 feet up. There is no separate adult area! The outdoor pool is smaller than a strip motel pool, yet the facility has hundreds of rooms. We were there on a day where it was not very crowded- At full capacity that tiny outdoor pool will be a nightmare. The restaurant is ridiculously overpriced. We paid the same for three cheeseburgers in that restaurant that we paid at the fancy supper club across town where we had steak and lobster! Staff in the restaurant is VERY NICE but have huge language barrier which caused many mistakes with both drinks and food orders. Finally the decor. Supposed to be goth/medival? Found it dark and depressing. Gargoyles, red walls, heavy dark floors and furniture. For new you would expect bright and light. As a couple- I wouldn’t go near this place. Looks great for kids and that’s it- big bright arcade. Kids will like. Dells $ grab. Poor planning.

Room needs mare light. Too dark to get together and do anything. The cleaning people didn’t clean the tables or end tables cause they were dirty and sticky. The toilet paper only had a few squares left to it, so it should have been a new roll on it and there was no Kleenex in the empty box. For the price you pay on weekends it should have been cleaned better

The surfaces in the room were a bit dusty but the resort is still new so who knows if anyone has stayed in the room yet. Otherwise it was an amazing experience. I will be recommending to anyone and will be coming back myself.

Dellshire is beautiful and we were impressed with the thought and planning that went into this resort. Our room did have some construction dirt that wasn’t fully cleaned up, and the hallway wasn’t really kept cleaned up, but if people would clean up their trash instead of throwing it on the floor, that would help, and those couple of things didn’t detract from our stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice. We would definitely stay again.
