All on the staff that we interacted with were, warm, friendly and personable. They even left an anniversary treat with best wishes in our room. The room was clean, and had everything we needed.

Beautifully put together apartment. Traditionally furnished living area combined with modern bathroom and kitchen. A minute walk to the tram, and about 5 minutes away from the U Bahn. Supermarket just around the corner. Very friendly staff, had a few chats with Marcus who provided some valuable advice and proudly pointed out the details of the unique staircase. Hopefully I can stay at this property again.

A FABULOUS stay. Literally, a home away from home in Vienna. The hosts are wonderful - so helpful, so lovely, so obliging, literally nothing is too much trouble. Next time in Vienna, we will definitely stay again.

Really helpful and friendly. Immediate area has selection of cafes etc and a quick 20 min tram ride right into centre. Furniture may be a little old school but fits vibe of Vienna and clean and comfy - bathroom and shower sizeable and works well. Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

We recently stayed during the work week at the Mondial. We loved our stay and would stay again in a return trip. The rooms were clean and quiet and had a nice view. The location was very convenient to the University and to train and bus lines. The receptionists were very kind.

Vienna is an easy city to get around so I didn't need to be right in the centre; the location was perfect to get to the conference at the University and elsewhere. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

A clean, well-run establishment. The fact that I speak German made things go all that more smoothly, but the staff speak a serviceable English as well.

Very quiet and clean with friendly, professional staff. I would be happier if it had a 24-hour front desk.

It’s a family run establishment and the rooms are spacious and quiet although the microwave and TV are very dated. All requests we made were attended to quickly although reception is only open at certain times. Good location with a bus or tram stop right outside and central Vienna only about 10-15 mins. It’s about 30 mins tram ride from Vienna HBF. All up, we would recommend.

I highly enjoyed my stay. Everyone at the facility was extremely nice and welcoming and always looking to help. The location is roughly a 30 minute walk to city center, or at most a 10 minute walk to the tram and tube. The room itself was kept extremely clean and the additions of little chocolates and tea bags on the table made it very welcoming upon arrival. I would definitely recommend this location and stay here again.

This is an amazing property in an ideal location in Vienna. Valerie and Marcus were so helpful. The room was actually a large apartment with a balcony. Spotless and beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Vienna.

This hotel was absolutely lovely. The hotel has a family touch, which helps you feel safe as a solo traveler. The hotel is very close to public transit, and there's plenty of dining and grocer options within a 2-5 minute walk. They upgraded me to a better room for free and let me check in early. The bathroom was spotless and the water pressure was excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

This was my second stay at the Mondial. Valerie, Marcus, and the rest of the team were helpful and welcoming as always, and the rates are extremely reasonable. In my opinion, a rare find. Thank you, Mondial!

The apartment was spacious and well kept up. It was 2 minutes walk from one tram stop and 5 minutes to another tram stop at Franz-Joseph-Bahnhof. There is a grocery store within 5 minutes walk. The staff were super helpful. This was a great choice!
