The team were all excellent, from the front desk staff to the valet! Fantastic location. The hotel is fun and has a delightful scent as soon as you walk in. The only drawback is the street noise; plus, we were on the fourth floor, and it sounded like people were tap-dancing above us. All in all, it is a great place to stay.

They charged our card soo many time we go locked out. Each time it was charged it was a different amount. After the first day we told them, nothing happened. Which led our car to being locked by our bank!! It’s very frustrating to say the least.

There was a pool at the rooftop bar that was only about 2 feet deep 10 feet long. There was no microwave in the rooms and there was no coffee pot in the rooms. You had to get dressed and go down to a coffee shop in the lobby and pay to get a cup of coffee. No water or nothing available in the empty fridge. For $258 a night, I expected a little more. Was close to downtown and everything was walkable which was a plus. Can only do their valet parking there which you need because there's not hardly any parking downtown Chattanooga.

For a brand-new hotel, I expected a much better experience. I do want to start by saying the valet staff was absolutely top-notch. They were friendly, helpful, and truly stood out during our stay. The rest of the staff was pleasant, but nothing particularly exceptional. The room was surprisingly small. My husband is 6'3", and the bed was too short for him—his legs hung off the end, so he didn't get much sleep. Unfortunately, the noise was another major issue. We heard police sirens throughout both nights, making it difficult to rest. I'm not sure if it's because of the surrounding area or poor soundproofing, but it was constant. On top of that, we could clearly hear our neighbors using the bathroom through the walls, which also means they could likely hear us. If privacy is important to you, be aware that the bathroom doors are also extremely thin, offering very little sound privacy. The pool was much smaller than expected and very shallow. If you're traveling with kids or looking forward to spending time at the pool, it's really more of a small wading pool next to the bar than a place to swim. Also, the bathroom by the pool had a door that wouldn't lock. After returning home, I also noticed incorrect bar and restaurant charges on my credit card for places we never visited. Thankfully, management resolved the issue, but it was concerning. The manager even mentioned that I was the second person to call that day about the same problem, which suggests there may be a

There was no parking other than valet, but it's located next to a pay lot. They let me park in the garage anyway since there were so few patrons - I stayed after they had only been open 2 days. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 for the staff as a few people didn't have answers to some basic questions. I did run into the Chief Engineer as well as the Sales Director and both were beyond friendly, professional and interested in nothing but my quality of stay & how to improve the hotel. The gym is nicer than most. The rooftop bar had AMAZING food (I don't drink but most everyone else was and the service, wine & cocktails were top-notch). Room was small but very comfy and convenient. The smart TV had the most wonderful options; I had meditation, yoga and sleep sounds! All top-of-the-line as well (Master Classes, Peloton, HeadSpace etc)... Course, everything I touched or used was brand new so it was luxurious but I will definitely be back and see how well they stretch their legs and settle in!!
