Minha experiência foi incrível, superou e muito minhas expectativas. O prédio é novo, ou seja tudo é novo. Carpete nos corredores. O quarto exatamente como nas fotos. Torneira com água quente no banheiro e cozinha. Cama confortável, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem. Internet com sinal ótimo. Os utensílios pra tomar um café e fazer alguma coisa pra quem prefere comer a sua própria comida, tem tudo. Micro-ondas, forno elétrico, geladeira. Tudo mesmo pra vc ter uma excelente estadia e querer voltar novamente. Já fico em Moema faz uns 05 anos, minha primeira vez hospedada no Ayra, pertinho da estação do metrô Eucaliptos, shopping Ibirapuera. Minha melhor escolha.

O único problema é que no anuncio informa que tem vários itens de lazer e entretenimento, mas os hóspedes não podem utilizar. A academia, por exmplo, é apenas para moradores, não hóspedes. Faltou esponja de lavar louça também e não me responderam a respeito
