Ich war Ende Juli hier - Hauptsaison an der Playa. Trotzdem war das Hotel relativ günstig, die Lage war gut und das Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück war spartanisch aber mir hat es gereicht. Direkt ums Eck war ein relativ gut ausgestatteter Eroski Supermarkt, der Strand und ein Kiosk der auch länger geöffnet hat, etwa 7 Minuten zu Fuß lief ich zum großen Mercadona in der Av. d'America, entsprechend war ich gut ausgestattet. Die Umgebung war leider sehr laut und mangels Klimaanlage musste ich mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Ein paar Oropax hat Abhilfe geschaffen. Das Personal war höflich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte hier insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und habe etwa die Hälfte dessen gezahlt, was ich bei anderen Hotels in der Gegend gezahlt hätte, da pass ich meine Erwartungen entsprechend an und es hat gut gepasst.

Das Hotel war günstig, und dafür kann man nur eine funktionale Unterkunft erwarten. Entgegen schlimmster Befürchtungen war mein Zimmer für die Verhältnisse eines 2-Sterne-Hotels recht in Ordnung. Man kann dort übernachten. Für ein Publikum, welches nur für ein paar Tage Arenal erleben möchte völlig in Ordnung, für Menschen, Paare, Familien, die einen Erholungsurlaub machen wollen nicht geeignet.

Alla larga da “Paco” il portiere infastidito!!!

Premetto che sono un viaggiatore esperto è mai mi era capitata una tale assenza di collaborazione nei confronti del Cliente: purtroppo a mezzanotte del mio ultimo giorno di permanenza ho ricevuto un SMS che mi avvisava che il mio volo della mattina successiva era stato cancellato! Dopo innumerevoli tentativi sono riuscito a trovare una soluzione accettabile (considerato il periodo di alta stagione) sulla prenotazione era però consigliato di stampare tale documento quindi mi sono recato verso l’1 di notte in reception per chiedere il favore di stampare 1 FOGLIO! Mi sono trovato di fronte un soggetto che si è qualificato come “Paco” e che non ha voluto fornirmi nonostante mia espressa richiesta nome e cognome che si è rifiutata categoricamente di esaudire la mia modestissima richiesta aggiungendo che a lui non interessava se a me avevano cancellato il volo! E che sarei dovuto andare in un “locutorio” per stampare 1 foglio! (Tutto questo quasi alle 2 del mattino!) Ora, ritengo che persone come “Paco” non dovrebbero svolgere lavori a contatto con il pubblico in quanto assolutamente inadatte per indole e caratteristiche. La struttura è modesta ma pulita e con una buona posizione ma l’immagine viene pesantemente inficiata dalla assoluta mancanza di attenzione nell’ambito della selezione del Personale. Nel 2019 non è tollerabile che vi sia una struttura ancora così priva di empatia e collaborazione nei confronti della sua risorsa fondamentale: il Cliente!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel nel mese di agosto, la grossa mancanza che credo abbia e dalla descrizione dei servizi elencati non si capisce molto bene è la mancanza dell'aria condizionata all'interno delle stanze. Per il resto è comodo per andare in spiaggia a pochi minuti a piedi. Vicino a ristoranti o discoteche per i giovani che cercano svago.

Když jsem četla některé negativní recenze, měla jsem trošku obavy. Absolutně se nenaplnily. Příjemný přátelský personál, útulný malý hotýlek, čistý a s veškerým pohodlím. Snad jen hluk, v tom se kritici trefili. Ale co kdo čeká v přímořském letovisku uprostřed sezóny :) ? Byla jsem tu s čtyřletým vnukem, za mě naprostá spokojenost a vřele doporučuji všem, co nejsou příliš nároční a rozmazlení.

Podría mejorar

El desayuno muy pobre. La habitación individual parece un zulo. El personal muy simpático, lo mejor del hotel. No hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y en días de mucho calor no se podía estar ni dormir. Solo hay aire en la entrada del hotel y en el salón de los desayunos. Cerca de la playa, bares, tiendas y autobuses q llevan a Palma y otros destinos.

No vuelvo más!

Los avisos decían que tenía aire y ninguna habitación lo tiene. No se puede dormir en verano del calor. Si queres un ventilador, lo tenes que pagar aparte y es tan chiquito que ni sirve. El desayuno es de 8am a 10am, si entras a desayunar 9.50am a las 10 exacto te sacan toda la comida y no podes servirte más. No elegir este hotel en temporada de calor, es insufrible. El personal atiende de muy mala manera.

Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt und nur 1 mal auf 6 Tage die Handtücher gewechselt!! Für alles müsste man extra bezahlen z.B. Tresor, Ventilator und Fernseher!! Die Sicherheitskraft abends war ein absolutes no Go - Frauen wurden bedroht und belästigt!! Nie wieder!!!

Kleiner Preis, kein Komfort.

Es war nicht einfach, as Zimmer zu finden, es gab 4 Richtungen und keine Hinweise! Das Zimmer roch stark und war völlig überhitzt, da keine AC und kein Ventilator vorhanden, kühlte es praktisch nicht ab trotz offener Tür. Frühstück war im Preis enthalten, aber ich konnte es nicht einnehmen, weil es erst um 8 Uhr beginnt. Keine Erklärung, warum dafür kein Entgegenkommen. Keinen Code für wifi bekommen.

not a pleasant stay

Why do hotels.com accept blatant lies about non-existant wifi, only booked this hotel because of this claim, room was stuffy, small window onto enclosed courtyard with roof on so no air moving through room, no aircon and smelled of stale sweat, staff were great cant blame them for owner and management shortcomings, couldnt pay for drinks at bar with credit card which ran my money out, then surprised to find £10 deposit required for remote for tv was advised to be careful at night going to atm so didnt bother with tv....wifi only within 5foot of front desk so really boring night will not stay there again

Für denn Preis und die Lage war alles super! Wir haben viel schlechtes gelesen, was wir aber echt nicht bestätigen können. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung, nettes Personal. Leider hat das Hotel keine Klimaanlage... War aber zum Zeitpunkt noch auszuhalten :) Gegenüber von Hotel befindet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt. Taxi Preis vom Flughafen zum Hotel lag bei 24,50€ Taxi Preis vom Bierkönig zum Hotel knapp 10€

Nach anfänglichen Problemen beim CheckInn und der Zimmerzuweisung bedingt wie sich im Nachhinein herausstellte durch Fehlkommunikation mit der Buchungsgesellschaft meiner last Minute Buchung,gab es eine zügige Abhilfe mit Zimmerwechsel in die oberen Etagen.Gepflegte saubere Zimmer mit allem was man benötigt.Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Hotel liegt auch sehr zentral mit kurzem Weg zum Strand.Rundum für das Geld sehr empfehlenswert!
