Everything was easy. Getting to the hotel , parking & getting in. Owner was easy to access. Felt safe. Very quiet, clean , comfortable, AC & WiFi & peaceful. Easy to drive to beach or other towns. Kitchen useable. Sitting areas throughout house & outside. Nice to get away from the busy & screens & just be in the moment.

The little hotel was adorable. Room and bed were very comfortable. The place has about 8 rooms on the top floor and a dining room living room and kitchen on the bottom. Was very happy with the place and the hostess.

This is an adorable little property in a sleepy little seaside town. It is amazing especially when you consider its age. The decor was unique and fit so well in a historic property. Admirers of saved history this is a must

We enjoyed the lovely Flamingo room complete with vintage furniture and huge flamingo print reminiscent of old Florida. The rest of the house is tastefully decorated and inviting. This proved to be just the peaceful retreat we needed after attending a family wedding.

Wonderful place to stay. Rooms are very cozy. Staff is wonderful!!!! I would recommend bringing a small TV and fire/roku stick just in case it rains throughout your stay and you can't make it out in town. Such a cute little gift shop in the hotel with the most wonderful robes and slippers. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed this lovely historic property! The bed and linens were comfortable. It was interesting greeting the other guest as we saw each other coming and going. There are no TVs on the property so that took some adjustment for an avid television watcher. We enjoyed learning about the small community and had some good meals at the small local restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

For a much older, boutique hotel, it is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained environment. It is within easy walking distance to local shops, restaurants, bar, etc.

This was such a delightful surprise! We has some trouble finding the place at first - it was a bit overgrown and hidden. However, once we were tucked inside, that added to the charm and we enjoyed ourselves so much. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a true Old Florida get away.
Great porch sitting!

A great little operation, clean, tidy and well layed out. Furnished with class and provided everything needed for our stay. Staff was pleasant and the owner gracious. When I'm in the area, I will be back.

Super sweet, but there is no front desk or staff at this hotel. The hotel was great; charming, veo many nice touches everywhere. The beds and linens were super soft. I guess I didn't read the part where there was not a staff member on site to greet or help. The keyless check-in was fine, I just missed a human. Guess I'm getting old.
