Lovely quiet place to stay in a great location for the town of Windermere which is only a short walk, just over 5 mins away, to the town centre. Excellent breakfast. I'd stay there again definitely. We were talking to the owners about places to visit and they not only made great suggestions, but also had leaflets to hand for us. Spot on!

The room was clean and tidy, well furnished and very comfortable, the breakfast was good quality produce and Very tasty, Rob and Becky were welcoming and accommodating nothing was to much trouble. When we next go to the lake district we will definitely stay there again.

The hosts, Robert and Becky get 11 out of ten for breakfast - Becky made the best fried bread ever! Robert went out of his way to source yogurt for my daughter that had no bits in it. Then, even though it was not on the menu, they gave me scrumptious crumpets!

The room was nicely decorated, the hospitality tray had both ordinary and decaf versions of coffee and tea. Unfortunately there wasn't any sweeteners (I should have asked the owners). Nice biscuits. Nice toiletries and a white flannels in the glasses which was a nice touch. Lovely hot cooked breakfast. Great friendly hosts, Rob and Becky. I would certainly recommend this guest house.
