The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. I was able to explore the area easily and enjoy all that it had to offer. My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I could need for a relaxing stay. But what truly set this hotel apart was the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable, from providing recommendations for things to do in the area to making sure that all of my needs were met.

I booked a superior room and according to the description it was supposed to be air conditioned. My room had no air conditioner. The rooms in the back of the street are very noise due to cars parking in the streets. Room 314 is right next to the housekeeping break room, they start talking at 7:30 am. By 8:00 the are in the hallways with their walkie-talkie on max. The hotel is very old but charming. Doors are not really sound proof. Had to sleep with my window open because the room was very hot. When asked for a room with air conditioner, front desk informed me that superior rooms have no air conditioner. Judge by yourself and see the description. Be aware. Also, house keeping don’t respect the “do not disturb “ sign. Check in is at 12:00 and they opened the door at 11:00 with the sign on the door.

Precisa de reforma.
O hotel é muito antigo. É preciso uma reforma geral, com troca de carpetes e cortinas. O quarto que nos deram não correspondia ao da foto (era mais antigo). Quando percebemos, já era tarde. Os funcionários são solicitos e o café da manhã bom. O restaurante para jantar é bom, porém caro. A localização é excelente.

Um final de semana em Campos
A estadia foi bem tranquila e aconchegante. O hotel fica muito próximo do centrinho de Campos, o que é ótimo! Dá para passear muito a pé ali na região sem precisar do carro, o que ajuda muito, uma vez que a cidade fica bem cheia, sem locais para estacionar e com estacionamentos caros! Só achei um pouco desconfortável o banheiro no quesito a altura da banheira do chão (o chuveiro fica necessariamente dentro da banheira), então eles colocam uma “escadinha” para subir e entrar no box (zero acessibilidade). E eu particularmente não gosto desse modelo de chuveiro dentro da banheiro e nas fotos eu não havia visto que era assim. No geral, quarto muito confortável, televisão smart (para os amantes de Netflix no fim de noite 😅), janela com redução de ruído, café da manhã farto (com opção de ainda solicitar ometeles, tapiocas, ovos mexidos e etc), funcionários cordiais, a academia é simples mas quebra um galho, possui espaço para trabalhar fora do quarto caso você precise (e a internet é boa)... enfim, gostamos muito!

Desde à localização até à estrutura do hotel e educação e presteza dos funcionários, tudo foi perfeito. O quarto 409 atendeu perfeitamente a minha familia! Quarto amplo, com tabua corrida, varanda e um banho maravilhoso! Café da manhã com muitas opções, itens sempre repostos, para iniciar um dia de passeios. Recomendo demais o Hotel!

Antigo é Extremamente Barulhento!
O hotel apesar de antigo está bem conservado. Fica numa rua extremamente movimentada e por isso é um desafio dormir à noite especialmente nos finais de semana tendo em vista que as janelas de madeira não possuem qualquer tratamento acústico ou ate mesmo uma simples vedação. Quem for no verão tome cuidado pq nem todos os quartos possuem ar condicionado. O recepcionista Mateus foi super cordial e nos deu um upgrade para um quarto com ar.

Os pontos fortes do hotel são a localização e o atendimento. O quarto também oferece bastante conforto, com aquecedor e ar condicionado. Cama com colchão de mola firme e chuveiro com bastante vazão e de facil controle de temperatura. O café da manhã simples, mas me atendeu bem.
