When i first came in the SILVER GATE HOTEL UND SUITES in Ilorin Kwara State,when i wanted to check in,i was embarrassed that they couln't find my name ,no reservation and no payment made or maybe i was scammed.they said if i want to stay i needed to make another payment of which i did because i was already tiered. I came inside the Room they gave me then the renovation with laud noise started on the roof top,i complained then it was stoped then the Electricity off and on for some times while i was trying to reclaime my refund of the previous payment online. The following Day in the morning i was called to come down for the Breakfast then i went down and waited for 25 minutes then i told them that I've waited enough and i'm not interested in the Breakfast again i went upstairs and someone knocked my Door that i should please comevout and sighn and i said for what please She said for my Breakfast and i said i did not tske the Breakfast then why should i sign,some Minutes later i checked out ,the Receptionist asked that how was my Night? I said "it was bad " with a short explanation.
