This is the second time I have stayed here. I came back as the location is perfect, a short walk from Boscombe Beach. The staff are lovely and welcoming. And the rooms are just what you need for a short stay. I would recommend.

The hotel is in a good location, close to beach and town. The host was very friendly and check quick and easy. The room was fairly small but functional and had good tea and coffee facilities, a decent TV and small ensuite. The bed was very comfortable. I did not have breakfast as i needed to leave very early. The hotel is clean but could do with updating in decor. I was expecting some additional features that you would normally associate with the term "Spa hotel" (Pool / Sauna / steam / Jacuzzi etc) but this is a standard B&B type hotel with none of the usual Spa type features. A very good value and comfortable stay regardless.

My stay at this hotel was only brief, having arrived on Friday evening with a very early departure, to Bournemouth airport, the following morning. I was warmly greeted and assisted with my suitcase up to the top floor single room. The room was very comfortable with a compact ensuite shower room. The tea and coffee facility provided in the room was much appreciated after a long and tiring journey. I cannot comment on the breakfast as I stayed on a room only basis and left in the early hours. My only minor criticism was that the bath towel was a bit small - the dimensions more like an average hand towel however, that being said, I would certainly not hesitate to stay here again if the need arose.

Was perfect for what I needed. Have paid double and stayed in worse hotels. Room was clean, shower was hot. Breakfast was extra, but plenty for a tenner. A few off road parking spaces outside the front door, but had no issues getting a space. Raj was a great host. Would stay there again.
