La habitación es perfecta y la ubicación también. Tiene 2 pequeños defectos: es un tercero sin ascensor y cuando llegas cansado de hacer turismo todo el día, cuesta subir; además le falta alguna estantería para soltar los productos de aseo en el cuarto de baño.

La habitación chica pero limpia. La cama si es muy incómoda. Solo cuentan con escaleras y ésta área si está con mucha falta de mantenimiento. Pero la ubicación es excelente.

The property was great spot and price so very much worth it. My only complaints i would say is there should be more than 1 chair when a family of 4 is staying, and lastly I had to park over a mile away. There really is no parking for 24hrs around that area.

Location is everything and this place has it! You are in the heart of the square. Sound proof from the rest of the world and if you want you just open a window and you’re in it again. Tall ceilings, comfy beds. We will come back.

Super great location. Very nice room. There are lots of stairs, and no Air Conditioning; the owners were nice enough to provide us with a small fan for sleeping when we asked, which we appreciated a lot. There like 4 flights of stairs to the top room, beware. There’s also a very annoying karaoke bar downstairs but they windows are pretty soundproof. The biggest problem is the wifi. Maybe it was just my room but the speeds were abysmal, would’ve been 5 stars with better wifi.

I thought the location sounded too good to be true, but I was mistaken. This really was just about perfect. The front of the building was less than ten meters from the main square, which is the center of pretty much everything in the tourist part of Cracow. I would not have wanted to be any closer because this place was quiet and the square definitely is not. My one big complaint is that the wifi was terrible. It kept failing, and I ended up burning through a lot of roaming data without realizing it. The check-in process is quite intricate, meaning that a slip-up at any stage and you are stuck. I had several. I did not notice that I was supposed to contact them 48 hours in advance, I had trouble figuring out how to contact them from what Hotels.com provided, and my phone refused to load the app that is supposed to deliver the final instructions for getting in. I eventually got an email for their office, and after trying several times to fix the system the person there finally just emailed me what I needed to know. He was sincerely trying, but between the complexity of their process and the information not conveyed through the Hotels.com interface, it was challenging. The room was basic but clean and functional. That is all I wanted or needed: in a place as wonderful as Cracow, you do not want to waste time sitting in your room.

Ich habe im Apartment Nr. 6 mit Blick auf den Hauptmarkt übernachtet. Die Lage ist absolut zentral – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Mein Apartment war modern eingerichtet und gepflegt. Die Warmwasserversorgung erfolgt über einen Boiler. Die vorhandene Küche habe ich nicht genutzt. Vor der Buchung sollte man wissen, dass kein Aufzug vorhanden ist und das Apartment nur über recht steile Holztreppen erreichbar ist. Außerdem befand sich schräg unterhalb meines Fensters eine Karaoke-Bar. Dadurch wurde es zeitweise recht laut, was mir aufgrund der vorherigen Bewertungen allerdings bereits bekannt war. Wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte Ohrenstöpsel mitbringen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Service des OTR-Teams (OTR = Old Town Residence): Fragen vor der Anreise zum Zugang und zur Kofferaufbewahrung wurden innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet. Auch bei Fragen zum Check-out sowie bei Schwierigkeiten mit der Schlüsselbox erhielt ich innerhalb von maximal zwei bis drei Minuten eine hilfreiche und umfassende Rückmeldung. Ein so schneller und engagierter Kundenservice ist nicht selbstverständlich. Nach dem Check-out können Koffer in einem anderen, ruhig gelegenen Apartmentkomplex der OTR-Group aufbewahrt werden (ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt). Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in bester Lage mit außergewöhnlich gutem Service.

La posizione, nelle immediate vicinanze della piazza centrale del mercato, è l’unico vero punto a favore della struttura. Per il resto, l’esperienza è stata deludente. La stanza, situata al secondo piano senza ascensore, non era tra quelle visibili nelle foto e si presentava molto spartana, con arredi vecchi e chiaramente improvvisati. La disposizione degli spazi risultava poco funzionale: il letto era posizionato davanti a una porta e, accanto ai letti, non era presente né una luce di cortesia né una presa elettrica. Per spegnere l’illuminazione principale era quindi necessario attraversare la stanza al buio, mancando anche il più basilare dei comfort. La dotazione di asciugamani era minimale: solo un asciugamano grande a persona per l’intero soggiorno, senza alcuna fornitura per viso o mani. Eventuali cambi o asciugamani aggiuntivi erano disponibili solo a pagamento, cosa poco comprensibile per una struttura che ambisce a offrire un certo livello di comfort. Nel complesso, ci saremmo aspettati servizi di base inclusi e maggiore attenzione verso l’ospite. L’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative e difficilmente sceglierei nuovamente questa sistemazione.

The apartment was big and very clean and very close to the square at old town, but to get to nr9 you had to go up 72 steep stairs which should be in the description of the apartment as it is no joke if you have a disability or suitcases to drag up. There is a bar under the block and it has karaoke most of the nights that goes on till 02.00 o’clock in the morning and it is very very loud.after which the customers are all out shouting outside Poland is beautiful and so very clean and will visit again but not to this place , we were there for 9 days , next time we will not be going to the same apartment but will definitely visit Poland again..
