Decent stay although very dissapointing booking a room with the most beds for 8 people yet they always seemed to have a shortage of blankets and insuinated that we should share.
Upon arrival they were not aware of my booking and said they had no guests for that day. Only after a further 10 mins of digging around they found my booking made through hotels.com (they said they only accept bookings via 3rd party companies such as Expedia and Trivago i think)
This and the cleaners not using different mop water for the toilet and bedrooms are the main 2 issues we had during our 20 day stay.
Food was also an issue, their chef never seemed to be available, and when they was, they wasnt sure if the sausage meat were pork or chicken or beef . Thankfully the food delivery service is great in Accra.
Aside from this, it was a pleasant stay. I would most likely stay again but at this stage i definitely cannot recommend them to my friends and family for a group booking...although i already did which resulted in a friend booking 1 room for a few nights whilst i was there.
This is constructive feedback. Theyre a lovely establishment nonetheless. Just really need to get some extra blankets
