Stunning bed and breakfast 20 minutes from Venice

Absolutely fabulous hotel/bed-and-breakfast. A medieval Castello Right in the center of town. Beautiful gardens, nice rooms a very nice reception area. There is an upstairs mezzanine for breakfast in the morning, which was very good. The proprietors were super friendly and courteous, and an absolute joy you can sit under big cedar trees outside and enjoy your wine. The whole place is stunning.

Four great nights in Italy

It's not often you get to stay inside a walled 16 century castle, with the code for the gate. This is a bed and breakfast, but the breakfast is weak. We had our own kitchen and were 100 yards from all the local shops, so no worry The staff were very helpful (and nice) -they made great dinner reservations for us. If you want comfortable authenticity rather than high luxury this would be very hard to beat

It was like a movie set. We stayed in a unique environment in a magnificent castle from the Middle Ages. Their friendly staff welcomed us at check-in by offering us a glass of the wine they produce. If we come to Venice again, it will definitely be the first place we want to stay. We were able to reach Venice city center in 20 minutes with our car.

It was beautiful gardens and surroundings. We stayed in the Tower that had an elevator but the AC was out due to a recent storm. We had fans and were comfortable. We had to cross a moot to the pool .
