Hotellet er fint, med en udmærket beliggenhed. Pool og wellness området var helt i orden. Men personalet i restauranten var en skændsel. Da vi ankom til hotellet blev vi glædeligt overrasket over, at fyren i receptionen talte fremragende engelsk. Personalet ved poolområdet kunne også fint engelsk. Da hotellet var fint og lækkert, glædede vi os til at spise der om aftenen. Men ak, det var en kæmpe skuffelse. Da personalet i restauranten fandt ud af, at vi ikke kunne tale italiensk, og de kunne tilsyneladende ikke engelsk, blev vi stort set ignoreret. Det var så grelt, at den kaffe vi bestilte til desserten aldrig blev serveret. Næste morgen til morgenmaden var det ikke meget bedre. Vi var som luft for personalet.
