Apartment and general areas were clean and staff were very nice. The apartment I had though had two bedside tables that were both broken so therefore useless and a tv with no remote. It was also advertised on hotels.com that there was WiFi but that was not true either.

Checking in easy and friendly. The apartments are a little dated but spacious and most importantly clean and have everything needed for our stay. Air con included in the price so that was good as it was needed. The location was excellent a few minutes walk to all amenities. A really enjoyable stay and will definitely stay again.

although getting a little tired this is a really nice place to stay for a short break, only minutes from the sea front at Matagorda with its shops and bars, the staff are always polite and welcoming to their visitors and there is a nice little bar/restaurant on site for drinks and snacks, or a selection of meals is available. Friendly and helpful staff Accommodation was basic but spacious Minus points - probably the worst wifi reception as signal keeps dropping when using from room (i was informed reception is best at reception, but this is a basic necessity like watching TV in your room) Hot water did not work in kitchen or bathroom tap, but shower was fine
