Hôtel très beau et neuf Un peu loin du centre mais beaucoup de magasins et quelques restaurants à proximité la piscine est vraiment bien hammam sauna et un service pour prêter les peignoirs et bonnets de bain Le petit déjeuner n’était pas compris et très cher et c’est curieux car nous avons regardé les prix en passant par une autre plateforme que hotel.com et au même prix, le petit déjeuner était compris donc il y a un souci tarifaire à mon avis car les petits déjeuners sont toujours compris dans les hôtels où nous sommes allés en Ouzbékistan Pas de bar alors qu’il y a l’espace pour c’est un peu dommage Néanmoins c’est un très bel hôtel

The hotel is modern and has everything you need. From the little details in the rooms to the spa on-site, it’s amazing to relax in the cool pool during the summer heat. Breakfast menu is rich and has everything from somosa to caviar! Of course, this hotel wouldn’t be possible without the staff, and I can’t stop saying thank you for everything you did for us! We arrived before the check in time due to early flight but guys were happy to accommodate us, organised late breakfast and we were fully recovered and ready for the day after the overnight flight! There was some issue with the AC due to extreme heat but they also were able to solve this issue by putting us in a different room. I trully believe that this hotel deserves to be on the same list if not better than some of big chain names! You are the best and will definitely stay at this place next time!

Hotel was nice over all. Bur the front desk staff was absolutely clueless. Initially they made a mistake on your reservation for day 1 stay. Then they put us in a different hotel for day 1 stay. So basically we lost lot of time just getting situated into a hotel. We were promised that the room at Marhaba would be ready for day 2, 3, and 4 anytime next morning. Well, it wasn't. We came back from the previous night stay at the other hotel in the morning and the room was not ready. We waited again for the room. Then finally checked into a room. So we lost several hours between day 1 and beginning of day 2. The room was fine, nothing extra ordinary. Construction going on in the lower level, so access to the pool area was a mess. Final night stay there was no hot water for the 2nd person to shower. There was no hot water the next morning also. I reported it to the front desk as we were checking out and they could careless. I really think they don't understand what it takes to run a hotel and satisfy guests. The restaurant staff was very good and understood English most of the time. The front desk staff can definitely use some help in customer service and better understanding of the English language. Be aware of a front desk staff called "AMIR". He is really bad. Very poor in English and never apologizes for his mistake. He kept repeating the same thing over and over again for no reason and sometimes it was not relevant. I will not stay at Marhaba again.
