This was a good location and space for what I needed. Pool is great, gym facility is incredible. Check-in was time consuming and frustrating, but I eventually got the information needed. Bed was very firm - the most firm mattress I have ever been on - not comfortable. The floors were very dirty. Had to wear shoes inside because my socks and bottoms of my feet would turn black from walking on the floors. Overall decent, but not great.

The property cancelled my reservation 2 hours before check-in. Still trying to get a refund for the last 5 days. Never ever would I reserve at this property ever again.

First unit smelled strongly of weed, got moved to a different unit which smelled better but the drain in the shower was clogged and they couldn’t fix it for two more days. Then the next day we came back to find a bunch of ants in the bed. All I wanted to do was cancel my last two nights, but they wouldn’t let me out of the reservation so we were stuck there. The apartment was cute and updated and would have been fine otherwise. I will not be staying there again

This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place.

Overall the apartment was clean and spacious. However, the check in process was a little complicated and we ended up having to wait a while before we could check in since we booked it and wanted to check in right away. Also it was advertised as a place to sleep 4 with a double bed and a pullout sofa bed. The sofa was a fold down leather sofa, more like a futon that wasn’t comfortable and wouldn’t sleep 2 unless they were small kids. The pool was a big selling point but it was closed for maintenance during our stay. It also doesn’t open until 9:00 and checkout is at 10:00 so don’t plan on swimming on your last day there. The living room light didn’t work.

This is my terrible experience in this location where I tried to understand that I rent a hotel on the contrary they rent me an apartment something very confused is that you rent with main hotel but you need to deal with 3 Different companies that .makes you confused I paid for the hotel room and when you go to the process they requested to pay another $39 dollars to continue with checking in that is terrible cause ripping off your money also wasn't available to get in the apartments due to locked the right information eventhough I spent 2 hours in the hot weather over 95 Fahrenheit degrees outside this company didn't care about customers I requested to my refund and they declined also I speak with expedia customer service and they let me alone give it support to that company who didn't care about customers

The communication was only done through email and some of the information didn’t work as far as the app, but there was a keypad on the door and everything else as instructed. It was quiet, comfortable and clean, just a little farther than I had hoped for walking to the stadium, but not horrible and a much better price than the hotels closer to the stadium.
