The service was the only good part of the hotel, staff were on top of every need/concern. The elevator sounded like it was about to break, there was tile missing in the hot tub, possible blood stain on the first rooms window curtains, stains on the couch, the way the light switches functioned was confusing and annoying. The shower head didn’t function and the pressure was miserable not to mention it was not for handicapped, elderly, or injured. The room smelled musty/moldy, but we bought some air freshers to compensate. I know it’s not the staffs fault, again they did an amazing job and they mentioned it getting renovated eventually. I hope so, the lobby was nice but those rooms look like they’ve been through a party or a thousand.
