Everything was good except for my experience in the gym. A woman had her two small girls in there with her. She was not effective in getting them to obey her and they were dropping free weights, pulling the weight machine bar and letting it go so plates slammed. One got in the elliptical with no shoes on and could barely reach the handle bars nearly falling. I had to address the lady which she basically did nothing. She also informed me that her children were allowed in the room as long as they were supervised. I do t understand how you can have a sign in the wall that’s says children under 15 need to be supervised. They shouldn’t be allowed at all, considering there is nothing they can do in there since the equipment is specifically for adults. This could have been a liability to the hotel if one of those kids got injured and it made me very stressed to see these kids doing things that could have been dangerous. I have also seen small children being allowed in the hot tub when signs specifically say not allowed under 5 yrs.
I love your hotel, but from a business persons perspective, these events have me looking elsewhere for my future stays.
