Pros: Beautiful property and gardens, friendly and helpful staff. Cons: We started in room 122, a palapa room. Beautiful space but club noise was intolerable. Moved to 126, also palapa. Beautiful space. Club noise loud, but tolerable. But in a cold snap in Playa room was FREEZING overnight. Staff provided extra blankets but we were pretty uncomfortable. Recommend the hotel, but not the palapa rooms.

Rooftop patio overlooking 5th Ave. Only thing to look out for is our place (room 305) was facing the street, so loud live music every night until 2-3am in morning. Windows in place had no sound insulation. Hard to fall asleep every night without ear plugs.
