This hotel is not brand new, but it is generally in good shape. A few things could have been better: the top of the closet door was out of the track, the side chair looked new but was very uncomfortable, the elevator doors closed too soon, making it difficult to get a luggage cart in quick enough. These things are pretty minor. On the plus side, the staff was great, the room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable, and it is conveniently located off US 45.

We booked through Expedia and the room was supposed to be paid in full when we arrived, but something happened with my card and it wasn’t. Instead of her explaining this to me quietly, she was trying to argue with me loudly and the lobby was packed with the parents and ball players from my son’s team. Highly inappropriate!!
