Saff was nice but you get a vibe of rough shades around the hotel, room is worn and tattered but staff is eagerly awaiting the upcoming renovations and once they are done I'm sure this will be a good little spot to rest if you're in a pinch or on a budget

They gave up our room that we had reserved weeks ahead of time. We had to scramble for hours to find a new place to stay because it was graduation night. They gave us no warning or heads up. Don’t go here. They suck

This place was NASTY. Someone definitely cooked meth in the room we were staying in. Holes in the walls, nothing worked properly. the person at the front desk was absolutely horrible was on the phone and being rude to us acting like we were bothering him. I will never come here again and would advise other to not either. Its cheap but god was it gross. You really get what you pay for here

I checked in, all went well. On my way to the room I noticed filth and I saw people huddled together in the parking lot that looked like transients. Come to find out the place is drug infested. The parking lot, sidewalks, stairs, walls, doors were really filthy, you didn't want to touch anything. Doors and locks were damaged, damage throughout the room. I checked out the next morning.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. If there was a negative number to rate this hotel I would. It has drug addicts sitting in stairway, dressing in front of my door. The bed was broken and it was a handicap room so they said but had nothing for a handicap person. I checked out the fillowing day and went to another hotel. The pictures shown are not what the hotwl looks like. DO NOT STAY. Expedia needs to remove them from thoer hotel options.

Spend an extra $10-$20 and stay somewhere else! To save $, I've stayed in a lot of 2-star places over the years, but this one definitely takes the cake in regard to low quality and poor condition. Words can't adequately describe the poor quality of the room: cracks, breaks, holes, dings, discoloration, funk, smears, burns, rips, dents, etc. etc. etc. The outside door looked like it had at one time been pried open. There were no hangers, iron, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, clock, pool/hot tub, breakfast, lobby coffee/tea, wash clothes or microwave. The shower never did get really hot, only luke warm and the shower curtain that looked like it was from 1993 smelled like urine. ICK! The bathtub bottom was scratched horribly; luckily there was no visible mold under the mat (tho that's what it looked like). We had 1 towel, 2 hand towels, 1 floor towel, 1 bar of terrible soap that wouldn't lather, 1 sheet, 1 blanket, 2 pillows and that was pretty much it. All this and they have the audacity to demand a $150 security deposit + $60/night for the room! The only few positives I can mention were the following (take them as you wish): this property has the convenience to the on/off ramp of the I-215, the bed/sheets were clean (tho there were cigarette burns), the floor was swept and clean, the fridge and A/C/heater worked. But truly, that's all I can say about this dump. IMHO, this property needs completely dozed and a nice, new budget friendly hotel should be built in its place.

I got a kitchenette room so I could prepare meals and could not use the stove due to it not working. Then there were things like the spot where the lamps should be was an empty spot with the frame there but no lamps or outlets. The toilet was constantly leaking. Then I was forced to stay another day there because they locked my funds in with their $150 deposit so I had to pay cash since it was my only option really. So even after I paid I was still told checkout was at 11 and I pleaded that I paid for another night and showed the charge. He then continued to talk to me like I was dumb and say yeah but I need to see your reservation. I told him I didn't have a reservation I paid directly to the property. He doesn't seem to believe me and I am stressed to the max that this guy is going to throw me out. He finally realized that it was employee error and I did pay and he refunded me the second night, however I don't think they should be able to charge me for the first night with a room that is not complete. It seemed like there were a lot of rooms that were under construction and without beds or anything at all in the rooms. Overall I don't think it was a great stay and it really put undue stress on me.

I did not even enter the room. Groups of People were outside drinking and smoking illicit substances at 12:30am, more movement in an out of rooms than local fuel stations at this hour. I backed into a spot sat there for 5 min watched no less than 20 people (could have been more I stopped counting) wander around touching door knobs to rooms, look into car windows etc. I left to a better safer more secure location that did not give me such a sketchy feeling

This is one of the worst I have ever stayed at. It was one sheet on the bed. No top sheet. The towels were dirty. The TV was broken. The phone was broken. There wasn’t even a toilet paper holder. They just had a roll on the back of the toilet. There wasn’t so much as a bar of soap in the room. There wasn’t so much as a paper cup to take a drink. The bed was lumpy and awful. It consisted of a lousy mattress, a bottom sheet and a covering on the top. Things were broken and falling apart. I am absolutely dumbfounded that a hotel of this caliber and this awful is actually in Utah. I never expected that.

I did not feel safe at this hotel. It is very run down, the linens were stained, the sealing in the bathroom over the tub was hanging down, someone started playing loud music at 4am, one lady started yelling obscenely from the balcony at someone down in the parking lot, and there were roaches in the room. I checked out a day early so I wouldn’t have to stay there another night.

The room was in terrible condition. Damages, dirty, rusted, unsafe, etc. Holes in walls, missing lights, no smoke alarm, toilet broken, stove broken, pool was abandoned and had plants growing out of it, floor was filthy, shoelace used to hold up a shelf, rusted screws and nails everywhere, and much more. I have photos and videos of everything.

Primeramente estube 4 dias y no 😔 fueron ni un dolo dia a limpiar la avitacion, ni a cambiar sabanas, ni toallas nada de nada , luego recerbe por una semana y fur lo mismo y leor la avitacion apestaba tube que comprar productos de limpieza para limpiarla yo misma

They’ve started charging $150 damage deposit. Not sure how anything could be more damaged than what they’re already renting out. The air conditioner unit didn’t work and sounded like a dying moose every few minutes all night long. The bathroom flooded in the middle of the night for no reason out of the toilet. Maintenance never fixed anything. And the security ‘hold’ got fully charged like I wouldn’t notice and I had to dispute it with my bank. The smell of bleach when you walk in the room is overwhelming, and I couldn’t even use the shower because the bathtub floor was rusted through. I don’t usually complain as long as I’ve got a bed and a roof over my head, but this was beyond ridiculous. It should be condemned!

Parking was minimally ok maybe the best part of the hotel but alot of activity late at night. Stairs and exterior wakways stained... a simplepressure washing would give the place a cleaner look for the cost of gas and water. Room was filthy.pillow cases were stained or not cleaned. Dead cockroach in closet.dried shampoo on floor between toilet and sink counter...bathroom floor not mopped. Asked for non-prt room cat food in sheet of nonused room...bed linen not changed. Gang style graffiti on inside of main door. The clerk offered our money back but we paid on line. I dono not recommend any legitimate website listing this as it seems more like more like week to week temporary housing than vacationing accomodations. One of the lowest 3 places i have ever stayed and i have not written a review like this before.

The room was FILTHY!!!!!!! I was terrified to sleep in bedding with unknown stains, burn holes, holes in the door, bathtub stained with some red red color. Cigarette butt, stains galore on the steps all throughout the outside. It was sketchy on the people that stayed there as well. I wouldn't recommend staying if you have children.
