Room was in okay condition. Couch was a bit dingy and that’s being nice. Bed was comfy. No paper towels in the kitchen. Has a coffee maker and filters but no coffee or condiments for coffee. Ice trays would be a nice plus. Every time I tried to call for questions no one answered the phone but 1 time. A better understanding of what is required upon check out, we were a little confused on what all we needed to do as far as linens and used dishes.

I couldn’t get access to my reservation due to the access code they sent would not work. Plus they no one from the complex would tied to help rectify the problem.
