The staff were amazing. Very helpful with everything we needed from arranging laundry to suggesting restaurants or local day tours. Although the breakfast wasn't a buffet it was tastey and filling. Only downside is the lack of swimming pool. Fantastic location for nightime activities. Suited us perfectly.

Great, beautiful boutique store. It’s right in the center of old town Ninh Binh, so it was the perfect location. The staff is nice and welcoming. We had a river view room - gorgeous. Lots of places to eat and really glad that we could just walk around when night time falls since the area becomes alive.

The room and staff were excellent at the hotel. At first I did not like it due to the construction going on right against the hotel wall from the next door building. It was very noisy. I was so impressed that the manager talked to the workers there and got them to keep the worst of the noise down. Great job! It was not the hotel's fault that there was literally construction going on on three sides of the hotel at other buildings. It did not happen at night, so I was able to sleep fine. There was a holiday going on as well, but that was all over Vietnam and fortunately the loud music outside and the fireworks ended by 10 PM. Special mention to the bellhop who was also the guy who took care of things at breakfast. His service was outstanding!! Breakfast had two choices which they sent you in the evening. It was a Viet-style breakfast but tasty.

De kamer is heel schoon. Koffie thee en water zijn inbegrepen. Personeel is heel behulpzaam. Ze hebben onze cruise boeking in Halong bay en het transport goed geregeld. Alles is perfect gegaan. We zijn heel blij. Net iedereen sprak evengoed engels maar met google translate was dat geen probleem.
