Absolute scam. I booked and paid 2 rooms there 3 months in advance, but when we arrived around 10pm, they told me they don’t work with Expedia anymore and they didn’t have my booking. Had to look for a hotel in the middle of night and they didn’t even try to help. Who pocketed my money is another question, them or Expedia …

Ok. In need of general maintenance. Lots of plumbing issues. Only hot water in shower on one night so scalding hot. Toilet doors don't shut or lock. Only cold water from sink but only hot water in shower. Breakfast ok but not great. Staff excellent. Overall ok but needs attention to detail and upkeep/improvement. Not expensive though so ok overall considering how expensive Pategonia is in general.
