The check-in process was easy and friendly. They explained the process for entering the facility and where all the amenities are. Once we got to the room, it appeared as though the door had been kicked in, it was badly damaged and didn’t open easily and when it did, it caught on the floor halfway through making it difficult to come in and out. The room itself was clean and had a great view. The amenities included a TV, DirectTV, small couch, desk, mini fridge, microwave, and coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. I didn’t list WiFi because although the router and modem are there, it was not available until the last night we were there. I communicated the issue to through the app and host was slow to respond and provide a solution. We booked Wednesday through Sunday with the expectation for me to get some work done Thursday and Friday, but without WiFi it made it impossible to get done. I was able to use my hotspot, but that caused much lag and time better spent enjoying the island. One thing I dislike and appreciate was the owner provided beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler. If all the issues I had would not have been there, this place would have received 5 stars.
