Insuficiente
very disappointed
As the hotel is on a busy main road we had requested 'quiet' rooms away from the front of the hotel. On arrival we were told that we had been allocated rooms facing the main road and we couldn't change them. There was no internet available. We were told at reception that it hadn't worked for a few days ! We were also informed that the on site restaurant was not open on Sundays. won't be using this hotel again

Great spacious rooms.
Nice and comfortable big rooms. It's a shame that Hyde Road is behind Diamond Lodge because when you open your window, there's lots of noise. TV is great. Breakfast is nice. Best to get it when it's fresh. Staff are friendly and will do their best to help you out.

Pleasant hotel staff very warming and helpful, rooms very comfortable and spacious only downside was the noisey people coming in late banging on doors. Weekends they should look to employ secruity guards

The hotel was clean and comfortable,staff were helpful, breakfast was fairly good, the centre of town was easily accessible by car or bus just outside the hotel
