Clogged sink, stinky room: extra heavy chemical fragrances trying to disguise the horrible sewage odors emerging from the bathroom. Double that with extremely heavy chemically scented bedsheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was absolutely miserable. The scrambled eggs were a greasy fluid smelling like chicken (yikes!)

A experiência foi muito negativa desde o primeiro contato com o quarto!! Colchão menor que a base da cama, roupas de cama limpas porém bem velhas, o banheiro era terrível, nem tampa para válvula da descarga tinha. Diante dessa cena retornei a recepção solicitando transferência para outro hotel, quando o recepcionista me sugeriu outro quarto pelo mesmo valor. Chegando ao novo quarto, era realmente melhor que o outro, porém mesmo assim ruim! O armário do quarto era todo desencaixado, o do banheiro tinha as portas do gabinete caindo, os travesseiros e cobertores do hotel eram de péssima qualidade, o chuveiro extremamente quente, não regulava a temperatura de jeito nenhum e quase não dava para tomar banho! Eles anunciam estacionamento privativo, porém tive que desembolsar mais 50,00 para estacionar em outro local a um quarteirão do hotel! Por fim, o elevador do hotel fazia muito barulho e balançava muito!!! Não recomendo nem indico a ninguém!!

O hotel não comunica que não tem estacionamento, não tem parceria com outros estabelecimentos e o unico lugar que encontramos pra estacionar o carro cobrou 70 reais por 12 horas. Se vc tem carro, não indico. Colocaram a gente em um quarto excelente, espaçoso, mas a cama estava sem pé, reclamamos e mudaram de quarto, um lugar minúsculo , não tinha espaço pra nada, o chuveiro era horrível não esquentava e saia um fio de água só. Ainda bem que só ficamos um dia. Os funcionários educados, mas a estrutura pessima.

Descrição do hotel não condiz, pois informa que tem estacionamento e não tem, tivemos que pagar à parte, equipe de funcionários totalmente sem empatia nenhuma, simplesmente não tivemos suporte, o quarto que selecionado totalmente diferente do anúncio, com mal cheiro e sem kit de higiene pessoal apenas uma toalha para o casal, local com aspecto todo cheio de manchas e o café da manhã foi a única parte boa, com bastante variedade e qualidade.

Mesmo com estacionamento livre, que descobri depois, me mandaram para o estacionamento pago da estapar, R$ 40,00 12h, No dia seguinte voltei a perguntar do estacionamento e outro funcionário me reservou a vaga no hotel, sem explicar por que me enviaram para o outro. Só paguei. Aliás, vagas para carro pequeno. Carro grande sofre. Café da manhã é do valor da estadia, tem opções, só que o presunto estava viscoso, As cortinas sem manutenção e o carpete do quarto precisa lavar urgente. O centro não é o melhor lugar para ficar para turismo, mas é o mais barato, então atende a proposta de só dormir.

Já parei em vários hotéis do grupo Andrade. Mas esse me decepcionou muito. Atendimento péssimo. Ao pedir um copo com água quente para tomar um remédio. Fui informado que não tinha água. "Compra uma garrafinha ou pega no banheiro" depois me mostraram onde eu poderia esquentar. Ao abrir o micro ondas não tive coragem de esquentar a água ( devia fazer semanas que não era limpo) com temperarura de 9graus o chuveiro não esquentou. Ficou morno- saímos roxo de frio do chuveiro. Ao solicitar para ver se dava para aumentar ( nossa temperatura está em 40 grau) e nada solucionaram. O ar condicionado velho é barulhento que tive que desligar para poder dormir. Então minha avaliação é a mínima possível.

A melhor coisa do hotel é a localização e o chuveiro quente, pois o colchão da cama era uma bacia, os travesseiros péssimos, nem arrisquei ligar o ar condicionado pq mesmo desligado fez barulho a noite toda. O elevador é um horror e o café da manhã bem simples.
